I was practically dripping in sweat as we walked down the hallway, Inola, in front of me waving her ponytail gracefully and clacked her shoes onto the ground with each step.
How could she be so aggressive towards a mere child? What was she going to do to him if he proceeded to resist?
The child vampire was walking slowly and latching onto Inola's hand to the point it started to bleed. Inola didn't seem like she cared much. Not only was I afraid for me, but for Cosima, they don't take situations like this into account. Inola could probably kill us and they're just eating chips and chatting it up with this really sketchy guy! I mean he doesn't look all that bad but we know nothing about him.
I don't even know if we really have those so called special abilities, I mean what could I Be
I'm a totally normal teen. I've never done anything out of the ordinary, aside from staying up for days not to mention my teenage angst. There's nothing particularly special about me.
I don't know if I can say the same for Cosima they are a real mystery for me, I've had dreams about them, floating in a sea of stars and laughing, they're always in awe of the stars and squeals with excitement and creates more and more. I also have a distant memory of them when we were younger, after giving them a bath I was putting them to bed when there was a knock at the door. It looked like an older, brighter, happier them, they told me something, I can't quite remember but I know it was important. They rubbed my head and disappeared, ever since then my hair has been a much lighter color, and it's become very unruly.
Besides Cosima and I, kinda wonder what Finn is? He hasn't shown any kind of cool, supernatural power at all. I hope he won't be mad if I ask him, what if he snaps like Inola....here goes nothing."Hey, um, Finn, What are you?" He continued to chew his potato chips for a second which killed me, my curiosity grew with each munch.
Finally,Finn swallowed the last of the chips,"I'm a hybrid, half teleporter, half
Manifester." Well, that was direct, and quite simple,"Oh, that must be cool, you can like, create anything you want?" He stopped licking the bag,"Not everything." Whoop, stepped on a landmine, damn omg, uh."Oh, well, Cosima and I don't really know what we are, we're going to be evaluated and tested first thing tomorrow, would you like to come with us?"
He took a moment, there was a slight smile that made me blush."Yeah, I'll come with you guys, classes don't start till Monday for me."
In the light atmosphere it seemed so fluttery, like I made his whole day. That made me feel so at ease, I felt my ears start to flush, his god damn smile was infectious, I turned around and had the goofiest smile on my face

"Brother, why is your body radiating heat, are you alright? Are you overheating?" Inola turned to me along with Cosima's questions,"I've felt you getting Warmer by the minute, you good? You're getting so red." Inola hasn't spoken this softly to me in a while,"Yes, I'm alright, just tired." The child vampire turned to me,"Are you in love?" OMG WHYYY." Momma does that when she's with her boyfriends."NOOO, CHILD STOP SPEAKINGGG.
I heard Finn giggle behind me and that's just so fucking embarrassing, I'm getting giddy over someone I just met.gaaahhh!!
