The sun was shining, and you were running away from your sister, she had just started yelling and screaming at you for no reason, and you needed to get away, you were determined to. You ran up the mountain, but you seemed to trip and fall into a huge hole landing in a bed of leaves below, face first to. You get up and rub your head but say nothing, you slowly walk around, you had no idea where you were but a voice snapped you out of your thoughts "Howdy!" A small voice echoed and you turned to a patch of grass, a yellow flower was staring up at you, a bright smile on its face. "Howdy! I'm Flowey, Flowey the flower!" The flower introduced "you must be new here in the underground." The golden flower said, you had heard about a hole that lead to the underground, Many legends to. "So I did fall down here huh.." You let out a small sigh. "That's okay! I can show you some things about the ruins. You see these?" The flower gestures it's petal to some white pellets behind them, and all of a sudden you feel a small pain spark your chest, there's a (F/C) heart in front of you "that heart there is your soul" the flower said quickly "also LV stands for love, monsters use these to help each other give it a try, don't dodge them!" The flower smiled brightly. The pellets moved closer to you, you didn't like it, you didn't like this at all. You jumped under them and Floweys smile faded "oh come on, one more try!" He said trying to smile but it wasn't as bright this time.. You decided to dodge again and all of a sudden the flower snapped, you jumped back with shock as the once adorable flower became such a beast in a matter of seconds. "YOU FOOL!" The flower laughed "In ThIs WoRlD iTs KiLl Or Be KiLlEd!" White pellets surrounded you and came closer, there was no way you could get out of this one. You closed your eyes tightly only to open them a second later when the flower came out of its roots and flung somewhere in the darkness. You looked to your side to see a Monster goat lady "what a terrible creature. Hurting others" she murmured and looked straight at you, her eyes were full of curiosity and warmth, it couldn't help but make you relax a little. "Hello my child, I am Toriel, keeper of the ruins, come with me." She said gently holding out her hand, gladly you took it and you started to walk slowly "what is your name?" Toriel asked. "Oh I'm (Y/N)" you smiled, "hello there (Y/N) I have a question, do you prefer butterscotch or cinnamon?" She asked, you thought for a minute "Cinnamon" you nodded Toriel was about to speak but you interrupted quietly "but I don't mind butterscotch" you shrugged and smiled.
