You got to a small cottage and a smile spread across your face, this fills you with DETERMIMATION. You walk in with Toriel and she showed you around her house and your new room, you were slightly tired so you jumped into bed and fell asleep. Soon enough you woke up to the sweet scent of butterscotch and cinnamon, you opened your eyes and turned around, your (H/L) (H/C) was in your face, after you brushed it off your face with a hand you saw a butterscotch cinnamon pie waiting on a nice plate on the floor, you haven't eaten since the fall so you decided to pick it up, with a small fork you ate half it it "this pie is amazing!" You mumbled through a mouthful, you set the pie on the bed after you made it then walked out your room. Toriel was in the kitchen washing some dishes, you walk over to her "oh good morning (Y/N)! How did you sleep my child?" She asked "Great thank you for leaving the Pie for me, it's delicious!" You smiled "I'm glad you like it dear" she smiled
~Timeskip brought to you by DETERMINATION~
It had been a week you have been living with Toriel, but you really wanted, no. You were determined to explore more of the underground, one night while Toriel was reading you walked up to her "uhh toriel" you started and she looked up "yes my dear?" She asked putting down her book and pulling down her glasses "...." There was a small awkward silence "how to I leave the ruins? I wanna explore more of the underground" you quickly said, to your suprise she didn't look as upset as you thought she would be, she let out a long sigh "I understand, I couldn't stop the other children. Especially one" she said as though she was reminding herself. She led you down the stairs and down purple hallways that seemed to last forever. You finally reached the door "goodbye my child.. Please be safe" she sobbed bending down and reaching out her arms, obviously for a hug, so you took it and gave her a warm hug "never give up and stay determined my child.." She sadly smiled breaking the hug and letting you go, you opened the door with struggle and looked outside, closing the door behind you.
