Azulia's P.O.V
I gritted my teeth as I was jolted slightly as we exited hyperspace, causing the pain to shoot up my arm. The pulses of electricity had slowed now, only happening once every few minutes. I heard the pilot (I think her name was Hera) talking with someone and looked to the front of the ship. That's when what was outside caught my attention. Through the window of the cockpit, I saw multiple mother ships and cargo ships with some fighters circling the fleet. It was a fair size. About five mother ships, seven cargo and ten fighters in view, but I had a feeling that there was more.
"Is this the rebellion?" I gasped before I could stop myself. Everyone looked at me and then Ezra. Oops.
"And, how would you know about the rebellion?" The Lasat growled. I swallowed. Lasats were pretty intimidating. The were massive, at six feet as least and incredibly strong, with purple short fur covering their bodies. His venomous green eyes seemed to bore into me.
"For the record, he was the one to let it slip!" I pointed to Ezra.
"Wow, thanks Azulia." He gave me a look. I smiled innocently in return.
"We'll talk about this later." Kanan pointed a finger at Ezra and Ezra shot me a murderous glare.
The Twi'lek manoeuvred the ship to a bigger one and it slotted into the top of the thrusters. The back ramp of the shuttle opened up into a small hanger with a yellow ladder going down a couple of levels. Ezra, although looking a little irritated with me, let me go ahead, occasionally helping me when the electrical surges made a reappearance.
"This girl needs medical attention." Kanan told one of the medics coming past after we had boarded the command ship and gestured to me. The medic took one look at me twitching and started dragging me away to an unknown destination.
"I'll go with Azulia!" Ezra said quickly, clearly trying to escape the wrath of Kanan.
"Uh uh Ezra, you and me are gonna have a chat." Kanan scowled and grabbed the back of Ezra's jumpsuit.
"Sabine, how about you go with her?" The Hera suggested. Sabine shrugged and followed me. I smiled sweetly at Ezra.
"Good luck!" I called. He just scowled. Sabine chuckled as we trudged off in the other direction. I tried to recall the way back but I may as well have been walking through a maze. All the halls looked the same: grey metal walls with the odd window thrown in, leading off to more hallways and rooms. Each door had either letters or numbers painted on, for example, 35, or CM (the latter was on a highly guarded door. Needless to say, it got me curious).
I nudged Sabine and nodded towards the door labelled CM and asked, "What's that?"
"Command. You need clearance to go in there." She said before adding as an afterthought, "You know, I can't decide if you two are gonna end up liking or hating each other."
"What?"
"You and Ezra. I can't figure out if you'll be best friends or worst enemies. You certainly seem to find it easy to argue with him." She smirked.
"It's a talent of mine to tick people off. He should know not to take it too personally" I said nonchalantly. We walked in silence for a bit until we came to a door labelled MB. It looked the same as every other door, but I had a feeling that what lay behind this one wasn't good.
The doors slid open and I was almost immediately shocked. Inside, was what was clearly the medical bay. About twenty beds lined the bay walls on each long side, counting up to forty (most of them filled) and I spotted another door at the end of the room. The room was mainly consisted of the colours white and grey and an odd neon blue chucked into the mix. The floors were tiled and and nurses and doctors rushed around, attending to patients. Although the room was warm, the colours washed the temperature out, leaving you with a chilly feel. I found it hard to tear my eyes away as I was lead to one side of the room.
