◼️Ingredients:
-1 Package of Dry Active Yeast
-1.5 Cups of Warm Water
-1 tbsp. of Granulated Sugar
-4 Cups of All Purpose Flower
-1/2 tsp. of Salt
-1 Large Egg
-Coarse Salt
-1 tbsp. of Unsalted Butter

◻️Instructions:
▪️1) Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.▫️2) Combine the warm water and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes or until the yeast has dissolved.
▪️3) Add in the sugar and stir until it's dissolved.
▫️4) Add the flour and regular salt and stir until it's combined. The dough will now be crumbly. Then get it out of the bowl and lay it out on a floured board. Knead it until it's smooth.
▪️5) In a smaller bowl, slightly beat the egg. Set it aside.
▫️6) Divide the dough into 5 portions. Working with one at a time, roll the dough ball out into ropes that have about a 1 inch diameter. Then with a knife, cut into 1 inch pieces.
▪️7) Then drop each 1 inch piece into the egg. Then immediately take them out and place them on the baking sheet, spreading them out 1/2 inch apart.
▫️8) Then place them into the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all the dough is used.
▪️9) Melt the butter and brush it on each pretzel bite.
▫️10) Optional- Then add some salt on top.
