Oh how clue less she was... Her lover making excuses to see another woman. After all, she would find out next year, right?

= Y/N P.O.V. =

Today was New Years Eve!! I was so excited because me and my boyfriend, Levi, are going to the fair today! I woke up extra early to get everything ready and to also prepare breakfast. As I was done cooking breakfast, I heard his footsteps coming down the stairs.

" Y/N? What are you doing up so early? " He said in a groggily voice.

" Oh! Just making breakfast for us before we go to the fair, why? " I responded.

" Oh... I just got a call from work today that I had to go in.. So we cant go to the fa- " I cut him off angrily.

" BUT LEVII!!!!! YOU SAID WE WERE GONNA SPEND THE DAY TOGETHER AT THE FAIR NO MATTER WHAT!!!! " I yelled.

" Sorry Y/N, but if I don't go to work today, i'll be fired. "

" So work is more important than me?!?! This is like the 9th time that has been going on when I was gonna spend time with you but you said that you have to 'work'!! " I started to tear up, suspecting something going on.

He sighed, knowing that even my complaints were loud, he'd still be going.

" I'm going to work weather or not you like it. Bye. " He quickly went upstairs and went to get dressed while I cried, eating breakfast.

- Time Skip -

As it became close to midnight, I had an idea and went to Petra's house, not caring to call her because she doesn't care if I just walked into her house with out calling. As I opened her door, I saw her and Levi in a full make out session.

" Hey Levi, how's work going for you? " I interrupted, earning their smooching faces to look at my pissed off look.

" Y/N!!! It's not what you think- " Petra said.

It reached midnight and I just calmly spoke,

" Levi, love her the way you used to love me. Petra, please take care of Levi. Thanks for a great new years you two. Bye. " I walked out of her house to drive back to my house and watch a movie marathon of (Favorite Show).
