Always the fool Jason Todd x Reader Part 1

Okay so I'm totally procrastinating here by writing this but who cares? I looked through all the comments and wrote a list of all the requests and who requested them and I am writing my way through that list. This is a Jason Todd one requested by hiimjay24 so I am sorry if it's no good! Please feel free to request anything you want and I'll add it to the list :)

You wake up angry that particular Thursday morning. Yesterday Jason Todd yelled some pretty mean things about your real parents and there careers  (not that he can talk when it comes to real parents) and then stalked off to his room before you could even think of a reply. His harsh words really hurt your feelings  and you really want to give him a piece of your mind.

Using your bat - training  you manage to sneak to Jason's room without waking anyone up. But when you get there you find it empty so you decide to talk to Jason at school.

With a a sense of determination you march into school knowing exactly what to say to Jason. But when you get to his locker he isn't there. Heading to your locker is harder than you thought because there, in front of your locker is Jason with his body pressed against the mat popular girl in school who now appears to be sandwiched between Jason and your locker. Jason appears to be eating her face. You feel a pang of jealousy run through you but you brush it off and replace it with annoyance. Why should you be jealous of Jason anyway?

You put on an incredibly impressive fake smile and clear your throat. The pair break apart, the girl - Susan- goes very red where as Jason has his trademark smirk on.

"Um, sorry to interrupt, but that's my locker"

Susan begins to apologise and tries to drag Jason away. But Jason stays put. Once she realises that Jason isn't going anywhere she gets angry.

"Jason! Come on!" She snaps.

"I don't wanna go with you," he shrugs "I wanna stay here and annoy Y/N and her pretty, little, grumpy face" he smirks. You try desperately not to blush and suprisingly succeed. Now is not the time to get caught up in Jason's charm.

"But I thought we had something special!" Susan squeaked

"What made you think that? We've kissed twice! Plus you can't give me what I want let alone what I need unlike this pretty face" the smirk is back. Jason faces you and goes to put his hand on your cheek while Susan storms off. By now a crowd has gathered.

"Oh no you don't!" You say, grabbing Jason's arm and putting it in an arm lock that he couldn't escape from. "I don't want to be dragged into the chaotic world of Jason Todd thank you very much. I just want to get my physics textbook and be on my way." You say, somehow managing to open your locker, get your textbook  and close the locker again while keeping Jason in an arm lock.

"Awh, come on Y/N. You're just saying that because you don't want everyone to know how much you want to kiss me." He grins.

"Suprisingly Jason, the whole world doesn't revolve around you and I would honestly rather kiss the Joker than kiss you." You say releasing Jason from the arm lock and walking away.

But Jason catches your arm and pulls you back to him so fast that you don't realise what's going on until Jason presses his lips to yours.

I don't want to sound cliché but the kiss causes 10 million butterflies to erupt from your stomach and your body tingles wherever Jason touches.

You automatically start kissing back but it only takes a minute for your brain to clear. Reluctantly, you pull back from Jason.

"Wow"  you say and Jason smirks "I guess all the rumours are true" his smirk grows and he looks really proud of himself "You really do kiss like a wet toad would." You smirk and walk away.

The rest of the day goes by very quickly but for some reason you can't get that kiss out of your mind. Maybe it was time to consult someone who always notices things that no one else does. Maybe it was time to talk to Tim
