Ramona's POV

2 months later...

"I don't know which one to choose!" I said, looking at which outfit I should wear to school. I turn around from my closet and look at Veronica and Emily.

"You should go with the maroon crop top and the black skater skirt. It'll look so cute on you." Emily suggested, standing up from my bed and walking over to me.

"Yeah I think so to." I strip down my clothes and put on the leather skirt and the crop top. Veronica and Emily help me pick out what shoes I should wear and my makeup. We had a sleepover the night before so we're going to school together.

"Can I borrow your eyeliner?" Veronica asked as she checked her makeup in the mirror. I grab my eyeliner from my desk and toss it at her.

"Thanks, girly."

"No problem, honey." I said, fixing my hair. We finally all get ready and head downstairs. We eat some breakfast and go to school.

My life has been pretty good without Ross. I mean, of course I loved him so much but that doesn't matter anymore. I heard he got a girlfriend and that his girlfriend is a total straight ass slut. I've never actually seen her but I imagine her having black hair, 7 pounds of makeup on, and really tight clothes. I might never know.

Rydel and I actually haven't talked ever since Ross and I broke up. Same with Riker, Rocky, Ellington, and Ryland. I miss them but whenever they tried talking to me, I would just ignore them. It's pretty bitchy of me doing that but I was just so upset.

"Hurry your ass up, Moni! Mrs. Colley is gonna give us a fucking detention!" Veronica yelled at me from across the hall. I quickly grab all my books I needed for 1,2,3 and 4 period, slam my locker and run to Veronica. We run down the hall way. I bump into someone and drop all my books. I dramatically sigh and pick up all my books.

"Next time, watch where you're going." The person said. I chuckle as I grab my papers that also fell out.

"Me? Ha. Actually, you should watch where you're going." I snapped, standing up. I look at the person and we made eye contact with each other for 5 seconds. It was Riker. We both looked so shocked to see each other.

"Come on, Moni!" Veronica said grabbing my arm. I look away as Veronica and I walk away. Riker, however, kept his eyes locked on me.

"Who was that asshole, anyway?" Veronica asked as we fast walk down the hallway. I hesitate and look back. Riker was walking away to and looked back as well. Our eyes met and I immediately looked away.

"U-Um. He's... Nobody." I said. Veronica shrugged and we finally make it to class.

At the end of the day, I walk home by myself because all my friends were going to this hangout place but I didn't want to go.

I walk up to my house and see Riker outside my porch, waiting for me. I slowly walk up to him. Our eyes locked.

"Um... Hi." Riker said, awkwardly. I sigh.

"What are you doing here?"

"I just... I don't know," he stopped and hesitated. "I miss talking to you. You were like my best friend. And my ex. But mostly my friend."

I chuckled and look down at my feet. I look back up at him. I drop my bag and jump on to him, into a big bear hug. He hugs me back tightly.

"I missed you too, Rik." I said, sounding muffled because my head was in his neck. He puts me down and wipes off the tear coming down my cheek.

"It was only like two months, though." I said, laughing. Riker laughed.

"Yeah I know but I'm not the only one who misses you. Rydel and the gang miss you too. It's been lonely without you."

"I know." I replied.

"Do you wanna come over? Don't worry, Ross doesn't live here anymore." When Riker said those words, my eyes widen. He moved out?!

"Wait, what? Did he move out?" I asked. He nodded and puts his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah um...he lives with his girlfriend now." He said awkwardly, looking down at his feet. Ha, of course he lives with his girlfriend.

"But yeah, sure! I bet Rydel will be so happy to see me." I said. Riker smiled and we walk over to next door.

When I walk inside, all the memories come flooding in my mind. I remember all the good and bad times in this house.

Rydel and Rocky turn to see Riker and see me. Their eyes widen and looked so surprised to see me.

"Ramona!?" They both screamed. I nodded and smiled. Ryder came running over to me and hugs me so tight. I hug her back.

"Oh my freaking god! Ramona! I missed you so much!" She says, as I feel tears on my shoulder. I start crying with her as well. Rocky joins in on the hug too. So does Riker. And then I feel another person hug us. I look up and see Ryland smiling at me. We all let go for what felt like a million years and I wipe off my tears.

"I've missed you, weirdos. I'm so so sorry for being a bitch to all of you. I was just so scared and upset to talk to you guys. I shouldn't have shunned you guys." I said. Rocky holds my hand.

"We understand, Ramona. It wasn't your fault." He kisses my hand. He comes closer to me.

"By the way, I'm single now so..." I playfully push him away. Classic Rocky.
