Alexis' POV
"Did you get it?!?" I ask Mikey, jumping up and down in excitement.
"Yeah of course I did! Donnie didn't even notice!" He exclaims proudly but his triumph is interrupted by yelling.
"MIKEY!!!!" The orange band turtle and I snort and run from the sound of Donnie's voice.
Giggling we turn corners and find an empty space far enough where Donnie won't find us.
          "Ready?" Mikey smirks.
"Ready." I smirk too. And he presses the button.
"Hacoona Matata!" Blasts from the radio and we laugh in sync.
"I LOVE THIS SONG!!!' We say at the same time.
"JINX! DOUBLE JINX! TRIPPLE JINX!" We stop their cause neither of us knows what comes next, which just makes the laughter become even more contagious!
"My lady..." Mikey takes my hand and kisses it, "May I have this dance?"
I do a curtsey, "Why of course Sir Mightyangelo." We try our best at British accents and start laughing again, partially from how horribly we are failing the accents and my special nick name for him.
We don't dance like slow dancing or anything, Mikey twirls me and we spin and dance... Our limbs are just an extension of the beat and we are so graceful. Moving together like one. We laugh here and there. The music plays and plays as hours tick by. We dance until our legs give out and we fall back into a puddle, giggling some more but mostly trying to regain our breath.
          "Hey Mikey..."
          "Yeah Sugar Plumb."
The moment he looks at me I splash water in his face.
"Ah! Lexi!" He splashes me back and I squeal.
We end up soaking each other right through. There are puddles lining the pavement and we stop at everyone we can find. Jumping in it and kicking water at each other. We laugh so hard we start to hiccup and that only makes us laugh even more!
"Race you back!" I say, getting a head start.
"That's not fair! You aren't carrying a stereo!"
