Birthday!!- Chapter 11

-----Night---

Trevor's Perspective

I really wanted to tell Meloni how I feel about her. She hadn't mentioned our kiss before. Did it mean anything to her?

I ran to the guest room that I was staying in and grabbed a few blankets and pillows. I hope she likes what I'm planning. I took the pillow and blankets and snuck to the roof. After I had set it up, I checked the time on my phone. 7:50! I needed to grab food. (Food is bae.)

Ew, I had to pass by people to get to the kitchen and grab food. I raced down the stairs and into the kitchen. As I opened the fridge, a random drunk girl leaned her hand on the wall next to me.

"Come here often, baby?" She managed to say as she tripped over her own big heels. I just closed the fridge with a bunch of food in my hand. I started to walk upstairs when the same girl grabbed me and kissed me. I could taste the alcohol.

"Leave me alone! Don't touch me again." I spat the words at her. She smirked and back off. I just continued to the roof. Meloni was already there when I arrived. I smiled at her and she returned the gesture.

" You know, this is really cute." Meloni said as she laid her head down on the white pillow. I just grinned and set the food down on a blanket. She immediately sat up and started to stuff her mouth with grapes and nutella. I just chuckled and watched her.

After she had ate what she wanted, she laid down on the pillow. Why was she just so perfect? I laid down and she draped her arm across my chest. We just laid there for a while and watched the stars. Every so often we'd hear shouts come from downstairs. I had completely forgot about the party for a while.

Meloni lifted her head and turned to me. "When's the last time that someone told you that your eyes are amazing?" She asked as she smiled.

"Just now." I replied as she leaned in and connected our lips. I loved kissing her.

----The Party----- Kian's Perspective

This party was awesome! All of my friends were here. After I had taken care of everyone arriving, I started to wander and talk to my friends. I ended up heading to the kitchen and grabbing a drink (not alcohol). As I started to wander, I realized that I hadn't seen Meloni in a while. This was supposed to be a party to celebrate her arrival.

I hope she was okay. I went upstairs to check her room. Nope, she wasn't here. But I did notice that her window was wide open. Maybe she went up there. I carefully climbed out the window and looked around. No,I can't be seeing this.

I saw Trevor and Meloni passionately kissing. I felt the blood flow to my head. "Trevor!" I yelled as I stomped over to them. They immediately pulled apart and Trevor stood up. I walked right up to him and grabbed him by the throat. I lifted him off the ground as I stared into his scared eyes.

"I've told you before to leave her alone! I'm done with warning you!" I yelled as he gasped for air. Meloni got up and grabbed my wrist and shook. She pounded on my back and arm.

"Kian! Stop it!" Meloni yelled as she punched my back. I suddenly let go of Trevor and he fell to his knees. What had I just done?

-----Trevor's Perspective----

As Kian held me up in the air, I gasped for air and tried to wiggle out of his grip. He suddenly dropped me as Meloni pounded and punched him. I fell to my knees and felt air rush in my lungs. I started coughing as I held my head. I was becoming nauseous. Meloni rushed over to me and rubbed my back as I coughed.

"I'm so sorry that this happened. It's all my fault." Meloni said to me. I leaned my head over the edge of the roof and puked into the grass. I got up and walked back to the window and climbed through. Meloni draped my arm around her shoulder and led me to her bed.

"Sleep here tonight." She said as she helped me lay down. Once I laid down, I fell asleep.

----Morning----

Meloni's Perspective

I woke up and realized that I had fallen asleep on the floor. I sat up and looked around. The place where Trevor fell asleep was empty. Maybe he left. I still couldn't believe that Kian had done that. I understood that he was angry at Trevor, but he went too far.

I got up and took a quick shower. After my shower, I changed into a light purple shirt with a heart on it and black jeans. (No socks cause I'm lazy!) I put my hair into a long braid. I actually felt pretty today.

As I walked downstairs, I realized that it was really quiet. Was no one up? I saw Connor making waffles. He looked extra happy today. He put two waffles on a plate and put some whip cream on top.

"Here you go! Love ya." Connor said as he handed me the plate and kissed my forehead. "Someone is in a good mood!" I replied as I grabbed a fork and sat down to eat. He just grinned and sat next to me.

"Do you know what today is?" Connor asked excitedly. Oh no... was I supposed to?

"Christmas? Am I supposed to know?" I asked with a frown. I hope it wasn't his birthday or something.

"It's your birthday!" He replied with a half smile. Connor was obviously saddened that I didn't remember. I just nodded and continue to eat. My birthday had never been a big deal before.

Suddenly, the rest of the boys came downstairs with a bunch of bags and boxes. They ran into the living room while me and Connor stared at them. We walked into the living room and watched as they organized the bags in one pile and boxes in a different pile. They would glance at me every so often.

"What is all this for? Is it merch?" I asked them. No reply. Just a few smiles. Connor sat next to me and put his arm around me. "Don't worry. I have no idea what's going on either." He whispered to me.
