'Wait just a bugger flippin second !! Could this girl be serious... I saw nothing about having a roommate in the brochure !'
I thought panicking slightly.
"Of course I'm your roommate silly why else would I be here !?" She said cheerfully while hanging a kitten poster on her side of the wall above her bed .
The girl had sparkling blue eyes and wore blue high waisted shorts and a pink and white striped tank top , with yellow sandals.
The pink haired teen wore multiple bracelets and a horseshoe necklace , she wasn't fat but she was really curvy with large thighs and a flat-ish stomach .. Her chest was kind-of flat too .
She turned around to catch me staring..
I blushed and said " I don't know .. "
And I nervously laughed .
I assume she was trying to break the ice , she was really friendly.. Just like that Apple Jack girl.
" So what's your name ? " she asked nicely.
I scratch the back of my head and smile.
"I'm Twilight Sparkle but you can call me Twilight,"
She pauses and then says " I'm Pinkie pie and I know we're going to be the best of friends !"  She jumps up and down excitedly.
After a moment I ask her " Would you mind terribly if I unpack alone ?"
I really didn't want to be rude but she was just way too hyper and I had a headache. 
"Oki doki Loki !" She bounces to  the door . " are you sure you don't want any help unpacking?"
I pretend to think for a minute.
" yep! " I laugh " I'm sure !"  I say rubbing the back of my neck .
She pouts for a second and says "okay see ya at lunch ROOMIE!"
She then bounds out the door and. Leaves me to my thoughts .
It takes me at least an hour to unpack , but when I finally finished I sigh and crash onto my bed , and just stay there for a while .
Finally I take out my phone and begin to check my messages... There wasn't much to check other than a message from my mom and then two texts from my brother .
I quickly reply and then the lunch bell rings .
After lunch our first classes start , since it's the first day and everyone needs to get settled we only go to our last three hours .
I follow the crowd of obnoxious teens to the cafeteria and I get in the line , I then spot Pinkie and just hope she doesn't see me .. I don't need friends .. I need to study.
She spots me and yells my name , but I quickly turned around and pretend I didn't see or hear her .
"HEY ROOMIE, OVER HERE!" I hear her scream .. I then peek over and see her waving her arms like she's lost on an island trying to get a nearby ships attention.
" oh Pinkie ," I whisper to myself and shield my eyes holding my lunch tray full of food I start to blush feeling like the whole cafeteria notices me and my crazy roommate.
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE ... OVER HERE!!" I hear her yell one final time .
I enter in my code to get my free lunch and then I give in to my "friend" and walk over to the round table she was sitting at she already had a plateful of 'mini corn dogs ' and 'green beans'.
"Hey" I sigh sitting down right across the table from Pinkie .
She beams at me , smiling a goofy grin .
"Hi Twilight !"
I pick at my spaghetti twirling and pushing around the food on my plate .
"Are you gonna eat that ?" She asks her eyes were as big as saucers .
I looked at her plate .. It's only been one minute and she already snarfed down her corn dogs and green beans .
"No I guess not ," I sigh her smile gets wider .
"Can I have it then ? " she asks .
'Wow do they feed her at home ' I wonder.
"Sure ," I say pushing my tray towards her .
As she eats my spaghetti she tells me about her family and her rock farm back home ... I didn't even know people farmed rocks ..
It sounds exciting until she tells me about her dad ... 'Igneous Rock '
She told me a tale of horror ... And it went like this.
" well everything was fine until my dad started drinking... We were going bankrupt and - he stared to lose his normal vibrant color .. He seemed different somehow ,"
I nod my head and let her continue .
"Anyway then he started to resent me .. My mom and my sisters became depressed.. And I was the only happy one out of all of them ... But then he started to beat me ,"
Then the bell rang ..
She finished the last of my spaghetti and got up from the table she seemed sad ...
To think she told me all of this just because I asked her about her life ... It's so sad ..
"Pinkie," I say running up to her before she left the lunch room .
"Are you okay ?" I ask .
She smiles at me her colors are still a bit dull but she still seems happy .
"I'm fine Twilight," she says then she walks away with her notebook in her hands .
I shrug and I walk to my fourth hour  which was English.
The period wasn't exciting like I had expected the teacher just handed out syllabi and talked about herself and went over expectations for the class .
That was disappointing.. The only thing that was entertaining was this annoying girl behind me with rainbow hair was throwing paper airplanes.
Eventually I got too annoyed and turned around .
I came face to face with the magenta eyed girl .. She narrowed her eyes at me an asked "what?"
So I mustered up the courage to ask her to stop.
She replied with "make me ... Egghead!"
"Nevermind ," I whispered and turned around in my seat .
Finally the bell rang and I went to my last two classes .. There was nothing that really happened other than the discussion of school supplies and More rules .
After the final bell dismissed us I slowly walked back to my room and I met Pinkie .
"So how was your day ?" Pinkie asked .
I sighed and plopped onto my bed that was covered with my purple and yellow comforter .
"Pinkie I'll tell you tomorrow I'm exhausted," I said slowly slipping out of consciousness and I fell into a deep deep sleep .
