{Chapter 4}

[Mia's POV]

Kendall called me and told me that he wants to walk to school with me. So, I wait for him. I walk down the stairs to the living room. I sit down next to Ray.

"Adam told me you're dating Kendall," Ray suddenly speaks and I turn to him.

"What?" I'm freaking out. Mom doesn't actually like Kendall. I don't even know why.

"Don't worry. I'm happy for you guys. I'll talk to your mom about it." Ray says and I sigh in relief.

"Thanks," I breathe. And, someone knocks on the door. I bet that's Kendall.

"Bye, Ray!" I say happily as I wave at him and I fetch the door. Kendall stands there smiling warmly at me.

"Come on." I smile at him and grab his wrist and I close the door after me.

We walk silently for a moment when, "Kevin and Kenneth know that I'm dating you but not my parents." Kendall turns to me.

"Adam knows and Ray too." I say. "Ray says he'll talk to mom." I continue.

"I don't care if our parents know or not but I want you to know that you'll be my princess forever. I'll never replace you," Kendall smiles warmly.

I stand on my toes and kiss him. Kendall smiles between the kiss.

I stand properly back as I brush my hair out of my face. I look at Kendall and, "Kendall?" I breathe.

"Yeah?"

"Did you have a girlfriend once?" I suddenly ask. I don't know why. I just wanted to know.

"Actually, yes." He sighs.

"What's her name?" I blink at him.

"Alice," He breathes.

[Kendall's POV]

Once I said Alice, it reminded me of her. She was beautiful. Really beautiful. What the hell, Kendall? Stop. You have Mia now.

"What's wrong?" Mia grabs my arm.

"Nothing, baby." I kiss her. I didn't want her to worry.

She whimpers and we continue walking to school.
