Is He Going To Be My Stepbrother?

   "KIAN!" I yelled surprised by who it was.
  "HEATHER!" He yelled at the same time.
        "We're going now kids. Bye." My mom said.
    "Ugh now you have to stay here the entire time. Let's go upstairs Jess. He doesn't deserve to come with us." I said being a little harsh.
    "Heather your being a little mean to him" Jess said quietly.
     "I don't care" I said.
We were upstairs until we heard Kian saying,"I miss you so much mom. Why did you have to go. The dumb doctors couldn't save you and you have no idea how much I miss you." He said while crying in a shaken voice.
      We went to the living room and Kian saw us looking at him and wiped his tears away.
     "I'm so sorry usually I don't cry like that but I've never felt more alone in my life until my mother passed away.I was just sitting here and then I remembered her. I miss her so much." He said and started to cry again.
     "Kian it's okay." I said as I hugged him.
"I'm so sorry for calling you a slut. You aren't one and I should have never called you that. I just got caught up in the moment and didn't think." He said.
     "It's fine I forgive you if you forgive me for being mean to you earlier." I said.
     "Yeah your going to be my little sister in a couple months anyways." He said.
       "Aww you guys are going to be a family that's so cute" Jess said.
    "What how do you know that?" I asked him shocked.
    "I overheard my dad telling his best friend and they've been together for a while" he said referring to my mom and his dad.
    "And he's going to propose tonight" he said.
"Wait when's your birthday?" I asked.
      "When's yours?" He asked with a smirk.
"December" I answered.
     "Mines in September" he answered.
"I am going to be your little step-sister in a couple months." I said.
    "I'm going to call you my sister not my stepsister though" he said.
      "Fine let's go upstairs" I said and Jess ran upstairs and Kian and I laughed as we followed.
    We then called over Ricky Jc Trevor Connor and Sam. I was nervous about Sam coming.
     They then arrived and all of them greeted us but Sam was a little quiet.
     "Let's play truth or dare" Ricky shouted.
"Okay Trevor truth or dare" Ricky said.
      "Truth" he said.
"Is it true you like Jess?" Ricky said.
      "Yes" he said shyly.
"Oh my gosh I already ship you guys" I said and everyone laughed.
"Okay Connor truth or dare?" Kian said.
     "Dare" Connor said.
"I dare you to kiss Heather"
     "Okay" he said and leaned in to kiss me.
As we kissed I saw Sam clench his fists and look at Kian and Connor with hate.
      "Okay Sam truth or dare?" Connor asked.
"Dare" Sam said.
     "I dare you to say who's the most beautiful girl in school" Connor dared him.
     "Heather" he said loudly.
"Oooohhhh someone has a crush" Jc said.
      "Can I talk to you after this game?" Sam said to me.
    "Uh sure" I said slowly.
"Okay let's talk right now" he said and we went upstairs and he said,"Well I like you and do you like me back?" He asked with hope in his eyes.
    "Well Sam I used to but we kind of drifted apart and I still kind of like you" I said.
     "I still love you Heather. Like as best friends and maybe something more" he said.
      "I need time to think about thi-" and he leaned in and kissed me and it felt exactly like in 8th grade.
    "Take all the time you need" he said and left the room and I followed him upstairs and we all the guys gone and Jess and Trevor making out on the couch.
      "Guys stop" Sam said,not wanting it to go further.
    Jess blushed and Trevor smirked,"Do you want to go out sometime?" Trevor asked Jess and Jess blushed and answered back,"sure"
       "Jess your cheeks are so red even redder than Sam's" Trevor said and Sam said,"Hey!"
     "Hey it's true man" Trevor said.
The door then opened and it was my mom and Kian's dad.
"Guys John proposed to me!" My mom said all excited.
"That's great" I said trying to act surprised.
"Your going to be my little sister now Heather" Kian said as he embraced me in a hug.
"Jess you can stay tonight and I guess Sam and Kian can stay too." I said because I have 2 bunk beds in my room.
"You guys sleep on one bunk bed and Jess and I will sleep on the other" I said.
"Okay boss" Kian said and Sam snickered.
"It's 10 already I'm tired let's go to sleep" Sam said and Jess agreed.
