Chapter 21: Changes

5 years later...

Juvia was a very successful business woman. She's supporting a charity called, "Our hearts". She even built a bar called, "JL". She's running a resort also called "Sunshine in a Rain". She's 25 years old now. And still single. She even helped the broken hearts. She's a graduate of BSN and BSM. And her company is the first highest company in U.S and here in magnolia, middle east, southeast Asia.

Gray was a very successful business man too. He is also supporting a charity called "Fullockser".he even built a bar called "FULLVIA". He's running a resort called "LOCKSERY". He's 26 years old now. And still single. (Cause he can't move on) he graduated of BSA and BSE. And his company is the second highest company in U.S and here in magnolia, middle east, southeast Asia.

Juvia was driving when suddenly, a car blocked her way. She stopped the car quickly and buzzed.

"Get out of the way!" Juvia said while buzzing.
"S-sorry!" The man said and drives his car away.
"Sheeeez." Juvia said and continued driving.

Juvia was driving and she played a music. Then someone called on her phone. She answered it.

"Hello?" Juvia said.
"Ma'am are you on your way now?" Her secretary said.
"Yes. I'll be there in a minute." Juvia said.
"Okay. Bye." The secretary said and hungs up.

Juvia was driving when suddenly, a car almost hit her car but she runned it fast and the car flew and flipped when it reached the ground. The car was wrecked really hard. Juvia was reaching her breath and looked at the wrecked car. There was a kid, trying to get out of that car and crying. Juvia get out of her car quickly and called an ambulance and a police. Juvia rushed to the wrecked car and get the kid out of the car. The kid's head is bleeding. And her parents was unconscious and bloody. The kid was looking at her parents and crying. The ambulance arrived after a few minutes. Juvia covered the eyes of the kid. She was crying too. Juvia puts in the ambulance the kid and the others was putting in her parents that is unconscious. Juvia comforted the kid.

"Mama! Papa!" The kid cried.
"Shhh. Don't cry." Juvia said and comforted the kid.
"What's your name?" Juvia asked.
"Alice. Name's Alice." The kid said.
"Okay. And how old are you now?" Juvia asked.
"5 years old. Would mama and papa leave Alice?" The kid said.
"No. Were not sure. But, I'll take care of you. I promise." Juvia said. And the kid nodded. Juvia's phone ringed and she answered it.
"Juvia! Where are you now?!" Her secretary said.
"Cancel all my meetings. Emergency." Juvia said.
"What?! What kind of emergency?!" Her secretary said.
"I'm in the hospital. Bye." Juvia said and hungs up.

At the hospital...

"Sorry ma'am but, they're dead." The doctor said. Juvia's eyes widened.
"O-okay..." Juvia said and talked to Alice.
"Alice." Juvia said. Alice faced Juvia.
"What?" Alice said.
"They're gone..." Juvia said and looked away. The kid didn't cried. But you can see that she's hurt.
"Okay...would you take care of Alice?" She said in a sad tone.
"Well, it depends. If you'll like me to be your guardian. Or to be your mama." Juvia said. Alice looked at Juvia and smiled a bit.
"Okay..." Alice said and took Juvia's hand.
"Please take care of Alice. Don't ever leave her..." Alice said.
"H-hai!" Juvia said and smiled back.

At the office... (1 week later...)

"Ma'am! Are you okay?!" Her secretary said worriedly.
"Yes I'm fine. But..." Juvia paused.
"But what?" Her secretary said.
"The parents of Alice died. And I want to adopt her as my child." Juvia said and showed Alice.
"Uh...but why? We can put her in the orphanage." Her secretary said.
"Because, she's alone now. And I don't want to make her feel rejected or alone. I know the feeling of being left, rejected and to be alone." Juvia said.
"Oh, so you don't want her to feel the way you feel before." Her secretary said.
"Jenny, please take care of that, okay? Thanks." Juvia said and go to her office with Alice.
"Um....so...can...Alice call you, mommy?" Alice said.
"Yes." Juvia said as she sit on her chair.
"But...there are things that Alice need." Alice said.
"And what is it?" Juvia asked.
"But before that, promise first." Alice said.
"Okay. I promise I will do what you want. And I promise I won't broke my promise to you." Juvia said.
"Pinky swear." Alice said and held her pinky.
"Pinky swear." Juvia said and pinky sweared to Alice.
"Alice wants to..." Alice paused.
"Wants to?" Juvia said.
"Wants to leave this place...to forget..." Alice said looking down.
"Okay. But where are we gonna go?" Juvia said. Alice looked up at Juvia.
"Alice wants to stay in magnolia." Alice said.
"W-what? M-magnolia? But...." Juvia stopped.
"Please?" Alice said using puppy dog eyes and pouting and crying.
"Okay. Fine." Juvia said in defeat. Alice wiped away her tears.
"And...I wanna...be with you..." Alice said. Juvia smiled and hugged Alice.
"Of course I will." Juvia said.
"Can Alice visit the grave of her parents?" Alice said. Juvia looked at her.
"Okay." Juvia said and smiled.

At the cemetery....

"Hello mama, papa." Alice said while tearing.
"Alice loves you two..." Alice wiped away her tears but still flowing.
"Don't be worry to Alice. There's someone who has a kind heart that wanna take care of Alice." Alice looked at Juvia and look back at the grave.
"Her name is Juvia. Juvia lockser. And she will be Alice's new parent but don't ever think that she will replace you cause mama and papa is always in Alice's heart. I love you mama, papa." Alice said and smiled.
"Alice will be gone for 5 years but she will never forget mama and papa. Mama and papa is always in Alice's heart. Bye. I love you..." Alice said and leaved the grave.
"Let's go." Alice said and hold Juvia's hand.

Juvia and Alice goes in to Juvia's car
