Today I woke up on someone yelling at my room door in French, but I just couldn’t be bothered to open my eyes and get up. A minute later he started drumming on my door and yelling in English “If I can’t hear that anyone is inside I will have to open the door” a voice said then.

“NO, DON’T COME IN” I had to yell back

“Ok ma’am I’ll come back in fiferteeno minutes”

“Yup fiferteeno” I yelled back laughing.

10 minutes later I woke up hoping he didn’t really mean in fifteen minutes as I still had to take a shower but before that, I went and opened the only window in the room so I hopefully won’t run out of oxygen.

While showering someone actually did come in but why did I have to worry anyway, my –very little amount of- money was in the safe and I didn’t have anything anyone would want to steal, at least I would find everything clean and in place and wouldn’t have to clean anything with all this pain I have in my broken back from the stone mattress.

I got out of the shower to find everything as it was, I didn’t have any sheets made or any clothes put on my bag even though I was absolutely sure someone was in here. I started folding my clothes and putting them on the bag when someone knocked on the door. I quickly opened to see the same Asian guy from yesterday saying “would you mind having breakfast while I clean your room?” He said with a perfect English accent.

“Sure not” I answered very surprised “but have you been in my room about 10 minutes ago?” I continued.

“No ma’am that’s against our hotel rules” he said. I thanked him in advance and went down for breakfast.

The restaurant amazed me, it was very large and the food was everywhere. It begins with a huge table with a width of probably 5 meters which goes around the whole place. The walls were covered by paintings and the side that had fish had a glass aquarium wall behind it. The place was jaw dropping. Unfortunately you don’t always get to see such an amazing view. I quickly rushed towards the plates and started my tour around the buffet. Since nothing looked bad I had my plate loaded with food even though I was still at the beginning of the first row. Not willing to embarrass myself I thought of finishing my plate and then coming back for more instead of taking 18 plates with me to the table.

I started to a table when I saw Kate waving, I walked slowly towards them and there was Jamie – the white English guy- sitting with them, I just couldn’t get how from between the 3000+ people in this hotel, I have seen this young man 8 times in less than 24 hours! Was this just a normal coincidence?!

I took a seat. “Oh hey there, you’re with them too?” he said winking at me.

“You already know each other?” Kate exclaimed.

“Yes, met twice in the elevator” I said with a grump. I didn’t want to hate this guy but I don’t know why hatred just took over even though he didn't seem like a bad person

“And twice by the hotel front door and 3 times down by the piano” Jamie said!

-“By the piano?” I thought to myself and had a confused look on my face, and then remembered that I listened to a pianist playing my favorite song on the piano before going to my room yesterday –

“Ye you probably didn’t see me but I surely noticed you” he said reading my mind and winking again.

-This person’s weirdness started getting on my nerves-

“So how did you find the rooms?” Asked Tyler, probably trying to make the conversation more interesting. “HORRIBLE” I replied with a “Disgusting” From Kate. “Hahaha, expected that” He Replied. “I’ll be trying on a change for us when the judge appears” He continued.
