HUNTER'S POV
I sat in my room listening to music and singing along. I was listening to the song called 'You're not Alone' by Saosin.
You're not alone
There is more to this, I know
You can make it out
You will live to tell"Hunter... We need to talk." My mom said walking into my room with my father in tow.
"What? Why? I have done nothing wrong." I said.
"It's not for anything you did." Dad said.
"So then..?"
My mom and dad sat down on the floor infront my bed. I looked at them confused. But when I stared into my mother's eyess there was fear, pain and understanding. But I didn't know why.
"Hunter, we- I want you to know that I do care about you..." My mom said.
"I-I know that..." I said looking away.
"But, you don't believe that," Dad said.
I frown. It was true I didn't believe that because they pay so much attention to Alyssa, I always feel like I'm not apart of the picture, not part of this family, my family.
Nuy that statement made me angry.
"You know what! You are right! Both of you are!" I screamed, my accent getting thicker,"Because all you two do is pay attention to Alyssa! How do you think that make me feel!? And you don't know how much I HATE both of you!"
They both sat down there shocked. I ran out the room and locked my self in the bathroom downstairs. I stared at the mirror. My reflection stared back at me and I hated what I saw. I broke the mirror with a lot of force. Blood trickled down my arm.
When all my anger disappeared, I sunk down to the floor and cried.
TONY'S POV
"HUNTER!" I shouted. We heard her faint sobbing coming from the bathroom.
"Hunter, open the door, please?" Ziva asked in calm tone.
We didn't get an answer. But Ziva got worried and picked the lock.We walked inside and I stepped in something. I wasn't wearing shoes so it didn't feel very nice. I looked down to see what it was.
"Ziva!" I yelled.
"What is wrong, Tony?" She asked but then she looked down, "Blood... And it's Hunter's... Isn't it?"
I nodded as if too say most likely. Ziva went ahead of me to get Hunter while I cleaned up the mess.
ZIVA'S POV
I found Hunter curled up in corner, with blood running down her arms. I pulled her into my arms not caring about the fact her blood would be on my clothes.
"Hunter... why?"
"I-I'm.....S-sorry..." she cried.
I took a look at her arms. I saw fresh cuts and some old ones. I stared at my daughter.
'How long has she been doing this too herself?' I thought.
I cleaned her wounds carefully. She winced when I put too much pressure. I bandaged them slowly.
"How long has this been going on?" I asked quietly so Tony wouldn't hear.
"Over 2 years now...I am sorry.." She said trying to fight back her tears.
"Why?.. How could you not tell me what was wrong?" I asked calmly.
"How could I?" Hunter said sadly, "Why do you think I get myself into trouble so much.. And did you want me to tell you that I don't want too live anymore..?"
I watched her. I understood now. "You get into trouble.. for me to pay attention too you..?"
"Y-Yes..."Hunter muttered, "And it never seemed to work.."
I kissed her forehead. And hugged her once more and didn't let go.
"I am sorry, I know you don't get the attention you deserve.. And it is my fault for that, but please... you can not block us out forever, you are not alone, you know that, we are here to help you," I whispered.
She nodded and continued to cry.
A/N: GREAT! NOW I'M CRYING! WOO! I HATE TO CRY. SO DON'T THINK ANYTING IS WRONG WITH ME WHEN I WRITE SCENARIOS LIKE THIS!
