I squinted my eyes open trying to adjust to the light in the room I was in. Where was I exactly? I sat up slowly as my head throbbed from the pain. The room had white walls, a desk with a bunch of clocks sitting on it, and a brown door with flower stencils on it. This room seemed like it was owned by older people.

As I stood up from the bed, I walked towards the door and opened it which led to a hallway filled with pictures. There were pictures of an older man and woman with two children, who seem to be their grandchildren.

There was a staircase at the end of the hallway. I could hear noise coming from downstairs. Since I didn't know who was downstairs, I took slow and tiny steps down the stairs. As I got a better view, there was a boy, and two older people. They must be the ones who own the house. I tried to go back upstairs, but instead tripped on one of the stairs and tumbled to the bottom. Everyone's eyes were on me.

"Oh, you're up!", a boy with brown hair and brown eyes said.

"U-uh who a-are you?", I stuttered. He started to walk closer, but I stepped back. I didn't know who these people were.

"I'm Cameron Dallas," he smiled.

Wait. The Cameron Dallas? The one Scarlett constantly talks about? The one that we both are going to see in a week?!

"Really? You're the Cameron Dallas?", I asked. I knew it was him, but I still asked to make sure I wasn't dreaming. He was way hotter in person. Scarlett always showed pictures of him, but face to face with him he was hot.

"Oh, so you're a fan!", he said with a big smile.

"Oh, no, I am not a fan", I replied. His smile dropped. Did I upset him?

"Oh, well anyway I bet you're wondering where you are", he said. I nodded.

"This is my grandparents house. I was visiting them over the weekend, and I was walking home from one of my friend's house when I saw you fall earlier."

So that's what happened. I totally forgot what happened earlier from today.

"Well thanks, Cameron for bringing me here. But could you possibly give me a ride home? I was supposed to be at a friends house. That's why I was running", I explained. He nodded.

"Of course. Anything for a pretty girl like you", he grinned. I blushed.

We both walked to his car which was parked on the the side of the road. He had a 2015 Chevy Malibu. It was a dark blue shade. He came over to my side and opened the door like a gentlemen. I smiled at him. He got in on the other side and started the car.

On the way to my house, he turned on the radio and my favorite song came on, Can't Help Falling In Love by Haley Reinhart. I started singing, totally forgetting Cameron was in the car with me. As the song finished, he looked at me and smiled.

"You have a beautiful voice...?", he questioned. I forgot about telling him my name.

"My name is Brooklyn", I said embarrassed.

"That's a nice name, Brooklyn", he said.

"Where do you want me to drop you off?"

"894 East Wendell Drive (Not a real address)", I said.

He turned off onto the next street and we were at my house. I didn't know I lived that close to Cameron. Well technically, his grandparents but oh well.

I got out of his car, along with him too.

"Thanks for helping me earlier and for giving me a ride home", I said with a smile.
