~UNDERTAKER'S POV~
"Libitina? What are you doing back there?" I called to the little girl, who I saw rummaging through a desk. "It's a surprise! Hehehe" she giggled. I couldn't help but smile. "Oh? A surprise? For me? I'm honored! Hehehe" I said to her with a chuckle. "Hehehe. Close your eyes!" she ordered me cheerfully. "Of course" I said as I turned around and covered my eyes.
"Okay! You can look now!" she said. I quickly turned around, and was met with the most precious sight I've ever seen; Libitina was dressed in a black sheet that she had turned into a long, loose robe, which was tied around her small frame with a grey scarf. And on her skin, there were stitches, drawn on with black paint. "Look daddy! I'm just like you now!" she squeaked happily as she stood in front of me. "Am I looking in a tiny mirror? Where did my darling little girl go?" I pondered jokingly, looking from side to side. "Libitina! Come out, come out, wherever you are!" I called out. "I'm right here! You're not looking in a mirror!" she giggled, pulling at my own robe. "Oh! There you are!" I said with a chuckle as I picked her up and nuzzled her. "Do you like it, daddy?" she asked me, wearing a big smile. "Of course, little one! It's wonderful! You're quite talented. Maybe you can make me a robe that's just as great as yours one day" I ruffled her hair. "Yay!" she cheered. 'She's so adorable!' I thought happily as I watched her skip around the shop.
~LIBITINA'S POV~
'I can't believe that daddy liked my costume! I look just like him!' I thought happily as I skipped around the shop. I looked at him. "Daddy?" I started. "Yes, little one?" he replied. "What are the shops along the streets like? You've never taken me with you to get supplies for the shop, so I was curious" I said. "That's because I need my brave little girl to guard the shop while I'm gone. And there are bad people on the streets of London, I promise to take you out with me when you're a little older, okay?" he reasoned with me. "Okay!" I replied happily.
"Hmm...have you ever heard of the 'Reapers' Library'?" he asked me in a curious tone. "No, I don't think so..." I said, trying to remember if I've heard about it before. "It's a huge building, stocked with the records of anyone who has ever lived" he explained. "Wow!" was my only response as my eyes shone with wonder at the very idea of such a place.
