Isn't it scary how you can't know when you see someone for the last time? First, everything is fine and then all of sudden that someone is dead.
The worst part? You don't get to say "goodbye".

"The red blade. The red blade is the key. Be quick, or be dead. Find them, you find us. Ask no guestions, you get no lies."

I sat up in my bed sweaty and out of breath.
"What was that?" I whispered to myself in the dark room and brought my hand in front of my mouth. This was the third night I had had the same dream; A voice talking to me; saying things that made absolutely no sense. I shook my head to clear my thoughts and looked at the alarm clock next to my bed. The red numbers glowed in the dark, telling me it was exactly 3 AM. I sighed and started walking towards the kitchen when suddenly an overwhelming pain pierced through my head. My legs gave in and I collapsed to the floor as I screamed and held my head in agony.

"The attic", a sibilant, almost snakelike voice said in my head, so I stood up, starting to make my way to the attic in the dark house I lived alone in, since my parents were dead. I climbed up the stairs carefully so I wouldn't fall, and finally reached the heavy wooden door.
I opened it slowly but surely, and soon the smell of the dust creeped up my nose. I hadn't been here for a very long time, mostly because I had brought most of my parents' belongings here as I didn't exactly want to throw them away.

"The chest. You have to open the chest", the voice in my head spoke again and I turned my gaze into a big black chest in the corner of the attic.
"Alright", I mumbled to myself as I approached the item I had never seen before. I slightly wiped away the dust from its top before I realised there was no lock. What could be inside it? I took a deep breath, which made me cough because of the dust in the air, and opened the chest.

There was a lot of black fabric, a metallic object and a black mask. I reached out my hand to touch the shiny metal item, and as my fingers brushed against the surface the attic was gone.

Instead, I was at the top of a mountain in the middle of a sea.
The cold wind blew its patterns to my face as I stretched out my both hands and spun around laughing. What was this? I didn't know, but it felt awesome. For the first time in my life I felt free. I felt strong. I wanted this feeling to last.
I fell back to lay down in the snow, but insted of hitting the ground, I fell down the mountain. I closed my eyes and waited to hit the water beneath me, but instead of the cold water, I was in someone's arms. I couldn't see their face, but I could sense the smell of theirs; leather and burned wood.
I blinked my eyes once, and suddenly, I sat in my attic again.

"Wow", was all I could say. I took the metallic item now to my both hands, taking a closer look to it.
There was a small button, so I pushed it slightly, to see what would happen.

I flinched in surprise as a bright red blade came out of the metallic tube all of sudden. With wide eyes I slightly touched the floor with the lightsaber, to test it, leaving a burn mark to the wooden floor. Speechless, I pushed the button again, and as I expected, the blade went off. With a little shaky hands I put the weapon away and ran a hand through my hair.
"Wow", I said again, smiling widely. I didn't know why exactly, but holding the blade felt great; I felt like I was at the top of the mountain again. I felt powerful.

My gaze fell to the chest again as I thought what just had happened. I reached my hand to touch the black fabric inside of the chest, almost like waiting for something crazy to happen again. I took a grip of the thick cloth, but nothing happened. A little dissapointing after a lightsaber, you could say. I lifted the fabric, realising it was a cape with a large hood.
"Nice", I said to myself and put the cloth next to the lightsaber.

After taking a look at the chest again, I found that there were a gun with a holster, a black mask, fingerless gloves made of leather, a pair of black leather boots, a black jacket and a pair of black jeans besides the cape and the red blade.
"Clothes of a warrior... But why?" I asked myself aloud and squinted my eyes, trying to figure how did these things end up to my attic in the first place.

"The destiny", the same voice said my mind, again.
"Go away!" I yelled at the voice, holding my head in my hands,
"What is happening to me?"
"The Force has become strong in you. Learn how to use it, and fill your destiny."
Then the voice was completely gone.

Could these clothes meant to be mine? Was my destiny to be a warrior? My eyes went wide and a smirk lit up my face as I realised something.

I could get my revenge to men.
