Liam
We drive back home in the snow. It's 4:52 when we get back, but I'm still not sleepy.
Sophie walks in, and turns on the TV. The weather forecast is on. "Snowstorm is arriving. We are expecting at least 5 feet of snow. People are recommended to stay in their houses. Do not leave."
I see Sophie's texting her parents. "They say I'm going to have to stay here for the next week or so..."
I smile and nod. "Sure thing." She smiles. We watch TV for the next hour or, until I notice that her head in on my shoulder.
She's sleeping.
I smile and quietly call out BS on her saying that she's not tired anymore. I get up and grab my phone. Opening it, I see the last thing I did on it.
Take the picture of Sophie.
Her eyes are wide, and her hair looks more brown than blond. She has a slight smile.
"What are you doing?" I hear. "Oh"
She looks over my shoulder and sighs.
"Never liked my face. Guess I never will"
A/N short chapter but I have tons of school and all dat shit
