Lauren's POV
5 minutes later
Lauren: I'm ready when you are..
Camila: okay i'll call.
*phone rings*
"Does this happen to be the famous Camila Cabello?" I say, hearing her giggle in the background. "No way, this is her father speaking", she jokes. "Ha ha ha very funny Camila". "I try. My managers don't think I'm funny at all", she said. "I'm sure you're hilarious." It's quiet on the other line. "I can't believe it's actually you.." I whisper into the phone. "It's really me though".
We fell into an easy conversation talking and laughing like we have been friends forever. It feels good to have someone just to talk to, and to think that person is beautiful, talented Camila Cabello makes it all the better.
"Laur?" She says. "Yeah what's up?". "I have to finish getting ready for this show. In 3 days I'm going to be in Miami for about two weeks." She pauses and I listen closely to her breathing. "I was wondering if I could see you sometime when I'm home?" She asks hopefully. "I would love to see you. How about I pick you up from the airport?" I ask her hesitantly. "I don't know if you'd want too, it gets really crazy". "I want too if you'll let me." I say a bit more confidently. "Alright, I'll text you when I get in. See you Friday, goodnight lauren". "Goodnight Camila".
The rest of the night I lay in bed thinking about what I should do with her. Take her to dinner? Take her to the movies? What do super stars do in their free time? I continue to think about things we could do when she gets home until I fell asleep.

From Camila: I had a lot of fun talking to you tonight. I feel like your a childhood friend that I've known forever. My flight gets in at 4:15 on Friday, can't wait to see you! Goodnight. 💗
