~Katherine's pov~
I had to get out of the house. I don't want to see Bryce right now so I decided to go to work for extra money. (Yes she has a job.) My mom drove me to Olive Garden. I went to my work friend Lindsey. The only reason I didn't go to Jess or Sarah is that Jess is going to Arizona to spend the weekend with Hunter, and Sarah is in Disney. "Hey Katherine, why are you here?" She asked me. "Boyfriend drama." I told her. She frowned. "Plus I need the extra money." I added and started laughing. "well if you need to talk, come to me." She said smiling and walked away.
~4 hours later~
Finally I'm done with my shift. My mom picked me up and we went home. I had so many texts. They were a combination on Bryce, Mark, Jess, Sarah and even Jacob. I opened Jess' first.
J:KATHERINE IT RLY WAS HIS FRIEND.
J:Katherine plz answer. He's so upset. He loves you with all his heart.
J: I know it was a joke not for you but for fans just to confuse them then you walked in. He doesn't like her. Their friends from school nothing going in between them.
I was shocked. I felt like shit for doing that to him but still. Then I opened Sarah's.
S:Katherine Bryce is so upset
S: Katherine go to Bryce

S: he feels so bad it was just a joke

I had to open Bryce's last because he has the most. I want to save that for last. Then I opened masks.
