After school, I walked home. I lived pretty far away but not like miles away. I took my time to wait for Jess. We caught up at the main door. We walked to the pool and walked down the long street. We walked to Jess' house and freshened up. I pretty much live there so I have a row of drawers of my clothes there. I get changed into leggings and a Ariana Grande shirt. I leave my hair down and put my black uggs on. Jess didn't change besides she put perfume on. We walked to Spot (a place where I live where you can get drinks, candy and bagels also a hangout place on Fridays.) not far from where Jess lives. "Do you like new boy?" "What do you mean?" "I mean do you like like him." "I find him cute." And I blushed. "AWWWW YOU DO! I SAW THE WAY HE HELD ON YOUR HAND WHEN WE WERE HANDSHAKING, AND HE PASSED A NOTE TO YOU AND HE GIVES YOU THIS LOOK I SEE IT HE LOOKS AT YOU AND HE SMILES!" Jess chill out. "I CANT ITS SO CUTE!!" At this point I was melting. Did he really like me? Or was he just being a normal boy who flirts with every girl he sees? We walked and talked when we reached spot. We got to the bridge you cross under. If you go down the street opposite from the bridge is my house. The first tan house on the right. I see a moving truck in the drive way next to my driveway. Then I see. BRYCE. Oh SHIT. I went behind a bush and grabbed Jess. "JESS HE LIVES RIGHT THERE. BRYCE LIVES NEXT TO ME." "Are you sure that's him?" I looked closer and yeah that's him. "Wait omg he's shirtless." "What." Said Jess. "HES SHIRTLESS JESSICA HES SHIRTLESS." Jess was laughing hysterically. "Ok we had our show lets just go to spot." I told Jess. She was sill laughing, I rolled my eyes and started walking. After spot and hanging out with my other friends Lauren and Bella, Jess and I went to the Halloween store and looked for something good to wear for tomorrow night. There's a party at Leah's house. Popular girl who is the number 1 whore. She flirts with every new kid and every boy she sees in sight. The only reason I'm going is because I'm not doing anything this weekend so why not party? We were looking isle after isle until I heard Jess saying "hey pssss. Katherine. Katherine... HEY KATHERINE." I jumped a little bit and a couple of people looked at us. But she was behind the aisle. She said "I found a costume." It was a cop costume. "Don't you think it's a little sexy?" "Katherine it's Halloween, be a little sexy once in a while." I shook my head and smiled. "I don't think I'm gonna be anything this year." "Wait why no you have to be something." "I'll just put on a tight crop top a skirt and some boot heals." "Uh no your gonna be something good. Not a stripper." I looked at her and gave her the stfu look. She put her hands up and said "I give up." She paid for her costume and we left to go to my house.
