Dear Journal,

I sat in my room. I stared at the ceiling. My ADHD could wait. All I could do was... think. I could only stare and wonder at what happened. It was amazing, incredible even. And it was Chelsea who caused it. My own sister. That stupid bracelet. I opened my hand. It had lost its glow a while ago. I had never actually believed any of that fairy tale magic junk but now... I just didn't know what to think.

The bracelet did lead us back. In fact, we were so intent on following the pink glowing line, we walked right into one of the camp in ground pools (for the workers only). It was like a giant hot tub, so my phone got fried when we went in. Chelsea laughed as karma worked her Magic. I didn't. After sneaking around and hiding from the other campers and councilors, we went back to our cabins. I changed, then sat on my laid on my bed and thought. I picked up a hacky sack and threw it straight up, and caught, threw it up, and caught it, threw it up... It was a very simple process that went on for an hour. Then, the door opened. I was shocked to see who had come in to say hello.

Mikes shadows blocked out the bright sun. He closed the door, and sat in his bunk top bunk directly across from mine. He put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. It's good to know someone could relax. "Hey." He opened one eye to look at me. "You missed lunch. We had turkey sandwiches sogged up in gravy." He smiled as he added, "Karen got some on her elbow. She tried to lick it off. We found out it's not possible. Then, Alex licked it off." He laughed- a rare thing for him to do. "She was so grossed out. She slapped him, then ran to the bathroom." He looked at me to see my reaction.

"I'm not hungry." I didn't mean to sound cold, but I wasn't in a great talking mood.

"Oh..." Mike looked down, embarrassed that he had even tried to talk to me. HE climbed down from the bed. "Well, we'll all be in the rec room if you change your mind and wanna hang..." Warm air filled the cabin as he left. I sighed. I just couldn't get over Chels hiding such a big secret from me. Sure, we may fight, but we always told each other EVERYTHING.
