New Years

It was New Years at our apartment. We didn't have a party but we have a little get-together with Bob, Wade, Matt (Matthias), and Felix. We had booze, food and COOKIES!! I ate a lot of the food. That's what I spent most of my time doing. When it was closer to midnight we all went down to the TV to see the ball drop. I had a plan. As it got down to 0:00:30 until midnight, I grabbed Mark's hand. It was 0:00:10 until midnight and we were loudly shouting, counting it down. As it was 0:00:05 I said to myself "ready for this?"
As soon as midnight hit, we both went in for a kiss. Mark had the same idea?! After that I guess it was just alcohol everywhere because when me and mark woke up they were gone. We were on the pull out couch and we just cuddled.
"Hey Jack," Mark said to me.
"Mark?" I said rubbing my eye.
"I haven't cuddled you since last year.." He said laughing because he knew I thought those jokes were annoying as fuck. I gave him an annoyed look at he kissed me on the forehead. He was still holding me though. I wrapped my arms around him and curled up. We started kissing.
