(THIS STORY IS FROM BOTH POVS)
Mark's POV:
I was in college. I was the quarterback on the football team and I was pretty popular. I decided to have a party at the end of the semester for a celebration. This party was open to anyone in the university. I had a good idea from one of my friends to set out glow sticks and write labels for 3 different colors. Single was green. Taken Was blue. It's complicated was purple. Everyone now knows your status/availability! Well, there was a boy in some of my classes, he was an outcast. I could tell he wanted to get to know me because he would talk to be when he got the chance. I thought he was cute. He was a nerdy, cute, kawaii, small guy named Jack. I didn't know if he planned to come or not. I know he knew about it because he mentioned it a couple times.
Jack's POV:
I really wanted to go to Mark's party. I was too afraid to. I didn't have anyone to go with. I don't wanna go alone. The whole football team will be around Mark so they wouldn't give me a chance to talk to my only "friend". I may go. I don't know.
Mark's POV:
I'm getting my house ready for the party. Lights lit. Pool filled. Alcohol out. Food together. Glow sticks labeled. Everything set. Now all I have to wait for are the people.
Jack's POV:
I really wanted to go to Mark's party. I had a plan. Get there about ten minutes early and beat the football friends. When I arrived it was 6:13. The party started at 6:20. I texted Mark before I left though. "Hey. It's me. Do you want me to head over early and help you set up?"
"Sure if you want to." Mark replied. I knocked on the door. Mark came running to it. He was excited to see me? "Jack!" He shouted and hugged me. I blushed. "THATS what you're wearing?!" He asked me.
"Yea?" I asked. "Is there something wrong with it?" I looked away.
"No, but, are you sure you don't want something a little more modern?" He asked me. I was wearing a green t-shirt with a red long sleeved shirt under it. I had my hair combed back and was wearing my glasses. I didn't NEED them but I loved wearing them. He grabbed my wrist. He took me to his HUGE room. It was painted red with shelves and shelves of trophies shining from the spotlights bringing your attention to it even more. There were jerseys on the walls of famous players. He really did like football. He took me to his closet. I looked around. It was HUGE!! He picked out some jeans with some rips, a bright blue sweatshirt with a symbol in the corner, and a pair of high top shoes. He lead me to his bathroom to let me change.
I came out a couple minutes later. I felt so... Shiny. I felt like all eyes were gazing on me. Though I was the only eyes who has seen me yet. I came out. "OHMYGOD" Mark said. He was shocked. "But," he continued. "The hair.." He lead me back into the bathroom. He'd is some shot to my hair, next thing I know, my hair has that swoop to it. He placed a hat on my head. It was a gray flat-cap. They have those back in Ireland.  Lastly, he took off my glasses. "Yes!" Mark said. I felt so pretty. It was an amazing feeling. I felt like I wasn't just an unnoticed nerd. We came out and some people were already here. They were pulling up. I was looking at the door. I was nervous. I pulled up the sleeves and pulled some bracelets I carry with me. I put them on. Some of the cheerleaders,  basketball players, wrestlers, and others came in. The place filled quickly. Everyone had a glow stick. Mark and I went to get one. We both grabbed a green. We actually grabbed the same one at the same time. I blushed and quickly let go. I smiled awkwardly for a second. I grabbed another green and followed Mark to his football friends. "Woah. Hey Mark is this a Newbie?" Matt asked. Matt was a good player.
"No. His name is Ja-" Mark said. I cut him off.
"Sean. I am going to be on the football team soon." I said, shrugging.
"Ok" he said.
Mark's POV:
I dressed up Jack. I could tell he liked it. Helper walking around as if he was in a music video.  He is now giving himself a new title of "Sean". Us and the guys talked about sports for a while. We all had some whiskey and were slightly drunk. We went outside later and played some football-catch. We talked to the cheerleaders also. I could tell Jack was loving this. Some of the girls were hitting on Jack. It kind of frustrated me. Not Jack. Not my Jack.
Soon, everyone left. Jack stayed after a little while. We made plans to go shopping together on Sunday for him so he'd have some new clothes. Before he went out the door, I pinned him against the wall. I started kissing him and kissing lead to making out. He blushed. So did I. After a while, I stopped. He smiled. "You can keep those clothes by the way." I said. He began to leave.
"Thank you,.. Mark." He said smiling and left. He jumped to his car.
"Yes!" I said to myself. I got a Jack. I got a Jack I love.
