"And lastly a drop of unicorn blood!" Seer grinned at Barty as he smiled and put the ingredient in the cauldron. She smiled as she read the rest of the ingredients.
"And you have to say 'cauda'," she said as he nodded and mumbled the words as the potion turned a pink and green color. It sorta looked a little like scales on a fish.
"It should be ready by tomorrow," Barty smiled at her as he ran to him and hugged him tight.
"Thank you so much," she smiled as he kissed her head.
"It was nothing," he said as she pulled away. They both put the potion in a tiny vile. She glanced over out the window and grinned.
"You are going to see it tomorrow right?" She asked. He silently walked over to his cupboard and opened it to find many viles of potion.
"Yes," he grinned at her as she laughed and began to walk out of the room but he grabbed her arm.
"Celia, please don't leave yet," he said softly as she gulped.
"Why sir?" She managed to get out.
"I just would like some company that's all," she could hear him grin as she turned around to see a hint of a blush creeping around his cheeks.
"Well, what do you want me to do sir?" She smiled taking in a deep breath
"How about you dust around the room," he smiled to himself as she soon dropped her smile. He wanted her to clean? She sighed and found a towel back in his room and began to clean around the room. Seer hummed slightly as she cleaned. Barty listened closely to her voice as he grinned to himself.
She reached up to the top of a shelf as her chair began to wable. She grabbed whatever was near he so she wouldn't fall. Barty sprang in to action as her plan didn't work out to well. Seer fell backwards into his arms. She looked up at him as she grinned.
"Thank you," she said softly as he smiled at her.
"Don't mention it," he replied as he began to stair at her lips.
She knew what that meant. She had seen it so much with The Doctor. She but her lip as she got out of his arms.
"B-Barty?" She mumbled.
"Yes?" He said quite devastated.
"Do you like me?" She asked looking back at him. His cheeks turned a rosary red. He took in a deep breath as he ran his hand though his hair.
"I-I'm not sure," he said softly avoiding eye contact.
"Why aren't you?" She asked. Her tone was incredibly angry. She didn't know why it really was either.
"My job," he said flatly,"if it wasn't for my job, I would admit that I-"
He gulped as he looked at her with anguish.
"I would love you," he said as her eyes got big.
"Barty, I have to go," she said grabbing her vile of the potion. He stopped her before she ran out.
"Celia, do you like me back?" He asked. She didn't know what to say honestly. She breathed in deep as she got around him and ran out of the room. She quickly ran down to the Tardis hoping The Doctor was in there. She ran in to find him meddling with the controls. He looked up slightly at her.
"Just fixing the energy converter," he said softly as she shook her head and ran to hug him. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he wrapped his around her waist. He was puzzled.
"He said he loved me," she said in his chest,"it wasn't you, so I ran."
He rubbed circles around her back as he then understood.
