Chapter 29

"Celia!" Hermione screamed as Seer jumped. She looked over at her as she seemed to smile at her.

"What?" She said her eyes droopy.

"Get ready! The task is tomorrow!" She grinned. Seer sat up right as her eyes widened. She looked slowly over at Hermione.

"Hermione, I'm scared for my life!" She said quite slowly. This past week she had been hanging out with Moody, they were hanging out so much she didn't even think of the Doctor. Till she saw Barty's face. She ran her hand through her hair as she dangled her feet over the side of the bed.

"I already set you out something to wear," Hermione smiled pointing over at a stack of clothes. There was a white lace-ish shirt but had a white fabric under the lace. Under it was some short pink shorts. Wasn't her normal floral dresses or dresses, but it was cute. She grabbed a pair of her black sandals as they both headed down to the courtyard. The both sat under a blooming tree.

"So, I over heard Harry talking to Ron saying something about a maze, maybe that's the next challenge," Hermione perked up as Seer sighed.

"I'm not good at Mazes," she groaned. Far in a distance she could see a group of people hearing up. She stood up and walked over to the group to see them huddled around two boys. One she knew to be a first year Gryffindor, the other se knew to be Draco Malfoy. She rolled her eyes and made it to the middle and pulled out her wand at Draco.

"Smith," he smirked.

"Malfoy," she sneered pushing the first year back behind the crowd.

"Why are you ruining my fun?" He asked as she gripped her wand tight and raised an eyebrow.

"You should do some soul-searching. Maybe you'll find one!" She sneered as he huffed out a breath. Many of the kids ohhed. What made Seer laugh the most was that it was a lot of Slytherins backing her up.

"This again,Smith?" He smirked,"You inspire my inner serial killer."

"Why don't you slip into something more comfortable? Like a coma," she smirked back as they ohhed again. Draco looked around trying to get back up as she smiled.

"What's wrong Malfoy?" She grinned,"Most of us live and learn. You just live."

"Just shut up!" He screamed at her pulling his wand up to her as she pulled hers up.

"I'm almost done with all of your comebacks!" He screamed.

"You bring it on your self," she smirked as his face formed a strait line.

"You know, many more people would like you if you weren't this way, Malfoy," she said putting her wand down. She felt sorry for him. He was spoiled and never used to someone actually standing up to him. She sighed and tossed her wand down on the floor. Everyone saw the fight was over and made their way to their classes in a hurry.

"I'm done fighting you," she said turning away from him. For his sake. She walked away proud as he pulled his wand up and aimed at her head.

"Arcus," she heard him scream as the spell hit her. She fell to the floor. She got up and looked over at him.

"A duel you want?" She smirked,"then a duel you'll have."

He looked back at her as if he was saying 'what have I done' he his the face as she looked over at her wand.

"Accio," she mumbled as the wand came to her. She raised her wand up as he gulped.

"Petrificus Totalus!" She screamed pointing her wand at him as he fell backwards. His arms still to his sides. She clicked her tongue several times and walked over to him. She smirked.
