Today was the day I would show Sid around more. He was very very interested in my stories, so I decided to walk with him and show him more.
We were on our way to towards the school. "I fell off my bike here in sixth grade," I spoke, pointing at the ground. He nodded. "Nice one." He shook his head. "Shut the hell up, I was twelve." I rolled my eyes and squeezed his hand.
I was looking down at our feet. Walking in the same step. I looked at our hands, how they were interlocked. I smiled. I ran into something...or someone?
I instantly looked up and I saw something I wasn't prepared to see.
"Brad?"
"Hello again," he smiled.
I couldn't believe my eyes, I was shocked.
"I tried to tell you that you were gonna run into someone." Sid said, kissing my cheek. He seemed to be tense because of Brad.
He was practically towering over us. His blonde hair was shaking in his face.
"So who's this?" Brad asked.
"This is my boyfriend, Sid." I grasped his hand tighter.
Brad nodded.
"How are you and the slu- I mean Liz?"He nodded. "Good. She missed you."
I laughed in his face. "Yeah I bet she missed ruining my life." I muttered under my breath.
"Huh?"
"Nothing."
"Okay, well I'll see you around, yeah?" He spoke.
I shrugged. "I guess."
He walked away and Sid and I kept going. He held my hand tighter.
"I fucking hate him." He said.
I grabbed his and kissed him.
"I do too babe."
