Bonnie was starting to toss and turn on the bed, crying out quietly. Seeing she was about to wake, Kol pretended he was asleep in the chair. Bonnie sat up gasping a moment later. She calmed her tears and noticed Kol "asleep" in the chair by her bed.
"Kol?" She asked quietly.
"Yes, Bonnie?" He replied, putting on a show of sitting up and stretching.
"Can you come over here?" She asked hesitantly. He nodded and sat on top of the covers next to her. He waited for her to speak but she just grabbed his hand and started to trace it. Eventually, she spoke.
"I had a vision. The witches are angry that you came with me. They're sending Mikael." She stared to cry again after she said his name. He hugged her to him.
"Why are you crying, Bonnie lass? We've dealt with him before. Besides, you don't even like me." He quipped, smirking at her when she smacked him.
"For your information, I'm friends with your sister now and I'm sure she'll be horribly upset if you die. Plus Caroline probably has a thing for your brother. Elijah isn't here, but I'm sure he'll come back for this and I happen to like him. You, on the other hand." She smiled when he dramatically put a hand to his heart.
"You wound me, darling. It's okay, we both know you loooove me." He winked and kicked off his shoes.
"Kol, what are you doing?"
"I'm getting in the bed. I'm sure we'll be here awhile and I want to be comfortable." He informed her, flipping the covers back.
"Yeah, because jeans and a button up are so comfy." She rolled her eyes.
"You are absolutely right, darling." He he stripped down to his undershirt and boxers before jumping, literally jumping, into bed.
"KOL! Ow!" Bonnie shouted, rubbing the hand he sat on slightly. "I'm restricting your blankets for this." She laughed at his huff of indignation when she turned away from him and took most of the blankets with her.
"Rude. I guess I'll have to huddle for warmth." He slid up behind her and hugged her to him, shivering dramatically.
"You're a vampire, you don't get cold." Bonnie pointed out, turning back over and giving him some blanket anyway.
"So should we go tell Klaus and Caroline?"
"I'm not taking a risk of walking in on something. Caroline and I have rules about that."
"Well then I guess we'll tell them in the morning. Goodnight, Bonnie lass." He moved one of the pillows out from under her and laid back on it.
"Why, yes, Kol, you may stay in my room. Thank you for being ever so polite and asking." Bonnie muttered, pulling up the covers and getting settled. Or she would have if Kol would just be still. When he turned over for the third time she threw her arm out and grabbed him.
"Kol, if you don't stop moving I will turn you over to Mikael myself." He just grinned and trapped her arm around his waist. After as much of a struggle as a tired girl could put up, Bonnie just gave up and scooted a little closer so her arm could relax and went to sleep. Victory. Kol thought.
★Afternoon★
Bonnie started to wake up again when she felt movement underneath her. She shot up. Quickly taking in her surroundings, the TV was on and Kol was laughing. He had apparently discovered Impractical Jokers.
"Sorry, darling. I didn't mean to wake you. I'm sure I'm a great pillow." Kol smirked at her. What? Then realizing how close she was, she must've been laying on him before she woke up. She checked his shirt for drool and sighed in relief when there wasn't any. She sat back against the headboard.
"So what time is it?" She looked at the TV, but Kol must've had the volume vampire level BC she heard nothing. She just watched Sal fall down in slow motion.
"It's about one thirty." He told her, turning up the TV.
"What? You said we would talk to Klaus and Caroline in the morning!"
"Oh relax, darling. They've only been up for a few hours and I figured you should get your sleep before you're elbows deep in grimiores trying to find out how to kill my psychotic father." Well, he had a point.
"Fine. I'm hungry, come to the kitchen and make me some breakfast." She commanded, getting up and grabbing a dress of Caroline's to change into.
"Pray tell, why would I do that?" He called through the bathroom door after her.
"Because I'll be the reason why your psycho dad doesn't kill you! I want pancakes and bacon."
"Only for you, Bonnie lass." He told her when she emerged and went to the kitchen to get started while she looked for Caroline.
He already had the bacon in the pan and was mixing up the pancake batter when Klaus walked in.
"Kol? Is that bacon?" He seemed confused but then smirked. "Has the Bennett witch already got you wrapped around her finger?"
Kol glared at him but just kept making pancakes. After he had everything finished he heard Bonnie and Caroline bounding down the steps into the kitchen.
"Wow, Kol, I didn't know you could cook." Caroline looked surprised.
"Well I used to enjoy food once upon a time. I made you some too, baby vamp." He informed her with a smile and handed her a plate and a blood bag.
"Oh thank you so much, Kol, but I don't drink O-. My favorite is-" Caroline was interrupted by Klaus switching out the blood bag in her hand and finishing her sentence with, "B+." She blushed and sat down with her food.
"Whipped." Kol muttered just low enough for Klaus to hear. He growled but Bonnie playfully shooed him away so she could get her food. She smiled softly at the amount of food he had made and gave him a side hug before sitting down at the table. He grinned widely and followed.

Author's Note
Okay, so what I'm going to do is write the next chapter about Klaus and Caroline since after the movie up to the point of the end of this chapter. Then the chapter after that will move forward from the end of this one and you'll be seeing Elijah and Katherine. Sound good? Vote and comment please!
