(As per request, this chapter will feature Stebekah and Kalijah)
The girls were all laughing and talking about anything and everything while they went back and forth between Caroline and Klaus' rooms. Even Rebekah and Katherine were getting along, much to Katherine's surprise. She figured that Rebekah would try to kill her on sight. Though Caroline probably had something to do with that. Caroline was the glue that held everything together.
"Hey, Katherine? Can you help me decorate in here while Rebekah helps Care move Klaus' stuff around?" She looked up from her closet organizing when Bonnie spoke.
"Sure, no problem." They exchanged small smiles as Caroline and Rebekah left. Katherine was hoping to befriend the Bennett witch as well, for protection and because she was simply a good friend. Elena should've cherished her more. She walked over to the bed and looked at all of the pictures and knick knacks that needed homes. There were a lot of her with her grandmother and with her friends. She noticed that she had taken out ones with just her and Elena and her group frames had lots of blank spaces now.
"You know, I'm sure Kol would look fantastic in those frames, not that I would admit that to him." She said slyly, picking up a solo frame with Bonnie and her Grams and putting it on the side table.
"Oh, please. He's been my annoying shadow for months and I've only just started to like him. He hasn't achieved frame status yet." Bonnie scoffed and smiled. "I'll just have to add some from our girls' night tonight. Plus I wouldn't be surprised if Caroline plans a party soon for any reason whatsoever."
"I wouldn't doubt it. She is actually really good at that. I feel bad for being the reason they were ruined in a secondary kind of way." She actually did. If she hadn't been selfish with the Salvatores none of them would have been bothered.
"I'm actually glad you did." Bonnie told her, placing more pictures on the walls.
"What?" She whipped around, surprised.
"Sounds crazy, but none of us would be who we were if you hadn't. Caroline would be too insecure and controlling to be as amazing as she is now, Elena wouldn't have shown her true colors, and I would still be letting everyone walk all over me. Plus none of us would have met people who made us happy. Except for you of course." That reminded her.
"You know what Caroline would love?"
"A little random, but continue." Bonnie laughed, intrigued.
"Elijah's birthday is actually coming up in a few days. He would probably despise it being celebrated, but I think a party is in order, don't you?" She smirked her Pierce smirk.
"That sounds fantastic! I'll go wake the party beasts." Bonnie pulled a face and left for next door. The shrieks of joy were interrupted by Elijah appearing around the corner. He stared at the door and then turned to her.
"Why, Katerina, are you planning something?"
"Me, my lord? Why, I never." Elijah smiled his private smile he reserved just for her at her usage of "my lord."
"Well I haven't heard that in a few centuries. Does the lady wish to accompany me for a drink in the lounge?" He held out an arm for her.
"How about, you accompany me to the bedroom?" She winked and he flipped her over his shoulders and sped her to their room, her laughter floating in the hall.

"Knock knock." The girls looked up from their party planning on the bed in Klaus' room.
"You know, Stefan, most people actually do the action instead of saying it, you doof." Caroline sighed.
"I'm taking that as a " Please enter, my favorite man in the world. " Stefan said dryly as he opened the door and leaned against the frame.
"I think you have me confused for a different blonde. Besides my favorite man is Chris Pratt, get real." Caroline rolled her eyes. He smiled and looked at Rebekah.
"Hey, got a minute to spare from the party planning?"
"Please, yes. If these two don't stop I might die. Save me Stefan Salvatore, you're my only hope!" Bonnie dramatically shouted, throwing herself back onto the bed. Everyone else rolled their eyes.
"Well, I hear Katherine and Elijah doing very naughty things, as I'm sure you're about to, so I'm going to go swimming in that sweet ass pool outside. Coming, Bon?" Bonnie rolled off the bed and nodded, following Caroline to her room to get suits.
"Contrary to popular belief, I'm not here for sex. Not that it's off the table." Stefan winked at her. He was such a dork and she loved it. He knew it too, confident bastard. "I was wondering if you wanted to go with me this weekend to Chicago?" He tried to make it sound nonchalant, but she had about eight hundred more years on him.
"Chicago, huh?" She smirked and stared at him. Chicago wasn't exactly a spur of the moment vacation from New Orleans. Plus it had meaning for them. A lot.
"Yeah. I, um, I was thinking we could go and check out our old haunts and go dancing?" He said nervously, scratching the back of his neck.
"I don't know, Stefan. It's not like I've loved you for almost a hundred years or anything. Can't see any reason that I would love to go with you for a romantic weekend where we first fell in love. Sounds awful." She had to bite back a giggle at the his original crestfallen expression, and then shriek a little when he picked her up and spun her around.
"Totally, sounds awful. You vixen, you." She laughed and kissed him softly.
"You are absolutely amazing, Stefan Salvatore. We're going. Now let's get out of my brother's room before it gets weird." He led her hand in hand out into the hallway, beaming all the way.
