A//N: OKAY SO, IM NEW AT THIS SO IT MAY BE REALLY BAD FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF CHAPTERS BUT I PROMISE IT WILL GET BETTER XO, ANNND LETS JUST SAY THAT LAUREN IRWIN IS ALSO 16 YEARS OLD, AND THE BOYS ARE 1 YEAR OLDERISH KINDA... XD

I wake up in my new dark grey room. The sun shinning through the curtains. I roll over to the other side of my bed to reach my phone. I check the time 6:23am. I put my phone back onto my night stand, I yawn and rub my eyes. I get outta bed and hop into the shower for a quick rinse. I hop out and pick ot my clothes. I put on my blue and black flannel with black skinny jeans with my brown combat boots.

I head downstairs and see a note on the kitchen counter from my parents saying;

Hey sweetie,
Your Mom and I have gone into work early as usual. Please have fun on your first day at school, make friends and invite them over sometime (: Don't forget to wake your brother up to take you to school.

I chuck the note into the bin. They always focus on their work but im use to it. I grab a few grapes, chuck them into my mouth then run up stairs to get my older brother, Max.

Im sitting in the car staring at the big letters in front of us. 'Richmond High, All students welcome'

'Com'on sis, its not gonna be as bad as you think it is' Max says casually

'Easy for you to say, you graduated 2 years ago' I say with a bit of attitude.

'Whats the difference anyway? You've done this plenty of times before' He says

'Whats the differnce?! Im gonna be here for the rest of my Senior year, at all of my other schools, if I made a fool of myself, it wouldnt matter because I would be moving within 2 weeks anyways' I say frustratedly.

Max just sighs.

I get my bag and jump out of the car.

'I'll pick you up after school, okay?'

I just nod, I watch him drive off into th distance. I hear the bell ring and think Great, my first day and im already running late.

I walk into the main offcie and get my locker number and schedule. They say they've assigned me to a buddy to help me get through my schedule for a few weeks.

I walk out into the lobby and see a girl standing there, shes looking at me with the most joyful smile on her face as if im Queen Beyonce or something.

She comes up to me and smiles. 'Hiii, My names Lauren Irwin and im going to be your new buddy!! Oh My God, this is gonna be so exciting!! We can be best friends!!! YAY!' I just smile back to her.

We pretty much have same schedule and and our lockers are across from eachother. I get the books i need for the day while she waits for me and ask me questions like 'what colour do i like best?' 'Maroon I say' or like 'Whats my favourite animal and breed?' 'Dogs and Pugs' I reply with.

'Hey, im sorry for making you late to classes'

'Oh its all goods, We have Math first and its Mrs Hemming, Im friends with her son and so is my brother, she lets me off the hook seeming im usually late'
