"Get down!"

Sandra immediately got down and held herself for the incoming impact. She shouted in pain when the ground came in contact with her face. She rolled over and hit her head against a wood. Everything was horrible.

On the other hand, the guy turned around and threw his knife towards the corpse in a swift movement. The knife hit its forehead - leaving it to the ground motionless.

Sandra

I heard drops of water and each drop, echoed - lessening the silence.

Who turned on the faucet? The first thought I came up with.

I opened my eyes and furrowed my brows when I saw nothing. Everything was white. Perfection at its finest. My eyes flickered and looked again, but the scene didn't change. I felt exhausted and a groan escaped my lips as I stood up.

Where am I?

My stomach rumbled and my skin was freezing. My hair at the back of my neck stood up, sensing danger. I embraced myself, trying to stay calm but nothing helped.

Something's wrong. I took a step and something growled behind me. I spun around and saw the corpse. The same corpse I saw inside the cabin. Its teeth gnashed loudly that my body convulsed in fear.

Run!

No, don't.

I was rooted on the ground. Dark eyes haunted me and I could still make out its shriveled clothes and rotten face. I took in the whole picture, trying to contemplate if this creature meant no harm. But, I was wrong. The pain on my arm was the proof of that. I looked down and was horrified of what I've seen. It was eating me. My eyes narrowed at the sight of it. Its teeth was digging, devouring my every flesh. It harshly pulled my skin off. There were worms visible on my skin and were also consuming what's left of me. I cried in pain and fought involuntarily.

HOW? Just a moment ago, it was in front of me!

Its teeth dug deeper and I pushed its head away but to no avail. I punched and kicked, trying to push it off me but frustration betrayed me when I couldn't do anything just to save myself. I was held in place by its claws. I was weak like a child. No one was there to help me. Thick blood covered my entire body and as I struggled, the pain got worst. It was burning like  fire. My blood proceeded to fill the room and soon enough I would drown with my own blood.
