Chapter 11

Lucas's pov
Y/N 's body fidgeted as she lay in a coma. She's been in that state for 3 days. Jacob and Jas'Marie were taking their usual nap. Jacob weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz, Jas weighed 9 lbs. 16 oz. I was hoping y/n would come to. I decided since they were taking nap I would too.
3 hours later Y/N's pov
I was watching Lucas sleep, I guess he didn't know I was up.
"How long you been up, baby?" He asked in his sleepy voice.
"Almost and hour." I said as I yawned. "Where's my babies?" I asked.
"The nurse took them to the nursery to feed them, and you mom and my mom is here but they went to get some coffee." He said as he grabbed my hand.
"We bought food!" Ashanti yelled as she ran over to hug me as the rest of the squad came in.
"I love y'all dumb asses, so what exactly happened?" I asked as I drunk some water.
"Well you ended up in Jersey, ion think we killed anyone, I don't think whatever his name is will be bothering us for a while,and of course you had the twins I had to slice yo ass up I thought yo ass was dead but when your kids ask you what happened tell the, you had a c-section." Ashanti said cracking up a little.
"Bihhhh!" I said laughing.
The nurse came back in.
"Here goes Jacob and Jas'Marie." She said as she put them next to me. "Dr.Moreen will be in in just a few minutes."
I picked up Jas and tears immediately flooded my eyes.
"My god she looks just like you!" Lucas's mom said as she walked in.
"Look at our grand babies!" My mom said as tears filled her eyes.
"Mom are you about to cry?" I said giggling.
"Yeah I'm about to cry." She said as she wiped her eyes.
"Since everyone is here I have an announcement." Lucas said as he got closer to me.
I looked over at shanti who looked over at me. Dillyn was holding Jacob and my mom was now holding Jas.
"So Y/N I've known you for a long time, I have really deep love for you and I realized I want to spend the rest of my life with you and my kids, Y/N  Y/M/N  Y/L/N (your name, middle name, and last name) will you marry me?" He asked looking directly at me.
Tears rolled down my cheeks.
"Omg yes! Yes! Baby I'll marry you!" I said as he quickly put the ring on my finger and hugged pulled me into a kiss.
"Lucas and Dillyn get out we gotta have a conversation with soon to be Mrs.Coly!" Ashanti yelled as she ran over to her.
"Lol okay damn chill out!" Dillyn said as he laughed.
Him and Lucas walked out.
"Wait if they have ice cream bring me some!" I yelled as they walked out.
"Bestfriend you're getting married!" She said as she hugged me.
Lucas's mom and my mom were still wiping the tears away from their eyes.
"Y'all gone make me cry!" I said as Dr. Moreen walked in.
"Oh no don't cry!" He said as he chuckled.
He started checking on my stitches in my stomach.
"It looks like those are healing properly, how are you feeling?" He asked as he checked my eyes.
"A million bucks, I mean I feel like my vagina got ripped open but it ok." I said laughing.
"That's the biggest set of twins I've taken care of." He said.  
He out put a new bandage onto my stomach.
"I will be back after I check your test, and you should possibly be released in the next 2 days." He said as he grabbed his chart and walked out.
"We have to start hitting the gym once you heal up so you can loose that twin weight and I can look good at your wedding." Ashanti said as she ate a French fry.
       Lucas's pov
"It don't sound right you got a son and a daughter and you're getting married." Dillyn said as we went to the ice cream shop.
"Yeah nigga I'm growing up, I have my own family now."I said as I chuckled.
"I'm proud of you man." He said as he went in with a hand shake.
"You know things ain't ever gone change between us we bros for life." I said as we did the man hug.
"You know Y/N's friend Ashanti, damn she fine!" He said smirking.
"Me and Y/N gone hook y'all up." I said as we walked in.
I ordered her favorite ice cream.
  Back at the hospital
Everyone was gone, the twins were sleep, and me and y/n were still up. We were laying in her bed together.
"Babe I love you." She said as she kissed my cheek.
"I love you too babygirl." I said as I pulled her closer.
"We're getting married!" She said sounding really happy. "This is the happiest I've been in a long time."
"You're my forever." I said.
"You're my forever." She said back.
"What you and the twins do today?" I asked as I laughed.
"Well I started breastfeeding today and all they do is eat,sleep, poop, and cry." She said laughing.
We were laughing and we ain't even know what was funny.
"Ashanti gave them nicknames." She was dying laughing. "Chunky mama and fat daddy."
We were weak and Jacob started crying.
"Aweeee don't cry." I said as I picked him up.
"Yeah you do that because you woke him up!" She said as she laughed.
"You know you woke him up and I think he hungry so that's you get here you go." I said laughing as I gave him to her.
When we're together it's like it's just us in the world.
A nurse ran in.
"Is she ok?" Dr.Lori asked?
"Yeah,she's fine." I said looking confused.
"Your heart rate was pretty fast!" She said as y/n moved Jacob and she put the stethoscope to her chest.
"We were I'm here laughing quite a lot." Y/n said as she started laughing again.
"Young love, I remember those days. Now 34 years later!" She said. "That's a nice ring you got there."
"Thank you." Y/N said as the nurse walked out.
"You ready to take that big step in our life?" I asked.
"Im ready if you're ready." She said smiling.
I smiled at her as we kissed.
