Chapter 10 - moving in (Louis POV)

(The next day)

I wake up, wishing that Lizzy was here with me. I have been thinking about her ever since I saw her in the woods. I decided that I am going to go to Lizzy's house today and tell her what I am. I hope she'll accept it.

I get out of bed and get dressed in my usual outfit; a striped shirt, red skinny jeans, and some toms. I walk downstairs and head out the door.

It only took a few seconds to get to Lizzy's house with my vampire speed. As I walk up to the front step I see a rose on the ground. I pick it up and hide it in my pocket. I knock on the door and wait for her to answer. A few minutes later a girl walks up to the door and opens it. I already know its Lizzy before she even opened it the whole way.

"Louis?" Lizzy asks, in shock.

"May I come in?" I reply. "I have a lot to explain."

"Sure." She tells me, and she lets me come in.

She leads me to the living room and we both sit on a couch. She looks at me with sleepy eyes.

"I need to tell you something that I have been keeping a secret for a while." I explain, hoping she won't leave me after I tell her.

"I already know... "She says, getting closer to me on the couch.

"What?" I ask, shocked.

"I saw you and some boys near Starbucks yesterday and today." she explains to me.

I sit there with my mouth open. I prrobably looked like an idiot, but I didn't see this one coming.

"Does it scare you that I am a monster?" I ask her.

"No not really... And your not a monster." She tells me.

" Yes I am Lizzy... I have killed people before and will do it again. I'm a murderer!" I say, looking down at my hands.

I feel a hand on my shoulder, so I look up and see that it's Lizzy.

"Louis, even if you did those things, I know you did't do it on purpose." she comforts me. "I know you wouldn't do that"

"Yah but that doesn't mean I won't do it again." I explain, feeling ashamed.

"Listen Louis, you got to stop thinking about the past and move on." she says.

"Your right Lizzy." I reply, feeling a lot better.

"Is there anything else you wanted to ask me? You seemed to have a lot to say when I opened to door."

"Well, I was wondering if you would like to come and live with me and the boys at my house?" I tell her, getting a little nervous.

"Would I have to leave all my things? And would they acccept me? You know because I'm a human?" She asks.

"Oh, uh, I can get them to be ok with it. And no you don't have to pack. I can buy you new clothes." I explain, hoping that will seal the deal.

"ok then. But can I call my friend to tell her that I am leaving with you?" she asks me, walking to the kitchen.

"Sure, I guess, but we should go straight after... the boys don't know I'm gone." I tell her, walking to the door.

It only takes a few minutes before Lizzy comes out the front door to join me outside.

"She said that it was ok...Now what?" she ass me as she locks the door.

"Hop on my back." I say, turning around.

She hops on my back and I carry her to my house. She seemed to enjoy the ride. Once we get there I tell her to wait outside as I talk to the boys. When I walk inside I see all the boys except for Harry in the kitchen. I decide to tell them now that Lizzy is going to live with us from now on.
