Chapter 5:Time Patroller Trunks

Here's chapter 5 enjoy!

Kogi

"Wake up...Kogi...you...have been summoned.." The mysterious voice calls out to me. But strangely familiar, then visions start to course through my mind.

A picture of a "Golden Dragon" flashed before me. After getting shaken repeatedly I finally awake.

"What the..? Gotek is that..? Ah! Who are you?" I say jumping back examining the purple haired person in front of me.

"Hi, I'm Trunks." Trunks...like in Goten's friend? But strangely taller. Because Trunks and Goten are still pretty small, but older then me still.

"D-Do you you know Goten?" He slowly nods but raises a finger. "But this place here, is a different dimension, and I need you and his help." I look over to an unconscious Gotek and quickly run over.

"Dude wake up!" He slowly opens his eyes, "Dad.....Gohan is that you?" Dad? Gohan? Is he... Gohan's son?

All these..weird things are happening today. First getting teleported to this strange place, then the visions, meeting someone who is somehow Trunks, now I'm finding out my big brother has a son. Just beautiful.

"Hmm..Oh hey Kogi." He says rubbing his eyes. "Gotek.." I say silently. "Yeah?"

"Are you Gohan's son?" I question while looking around the strange place. "Yeah, why?" Yup this is just great. Wow.. what's next I've been adopted?

Hah just kidding I already know about being adopted.

"Just curious, I just have some serious questions for big bro since he didn't tell me this sooner."

"Now, back to you. Trunks." I mock, "Why are we here?"

"You're here because I need your help," He says. "But first," he says while drawing his sword. "I will test your skills!"

Oh crap, he has a sword. Dodging the first incoming attack, I roundhouse kicked him but he easily blocked it. But in the process Gotek followed up with a sweep kick, also missing.

We both throw a punch and he blocks once again. Ugh, geez he's like that one enemy in the game who always blocks.

I noticed his hand was sticking out under his block. Signifying he was gonna shoot a blast at us.

Its a bad idea but I have to try it. Charging a ki blast I hold my hand in front of his, and the two blast clash together.

But because of how close they are, instead it blows as soon as it makes contact. Leaving a deep gust of smoke around us.

Trunks quickly jumps back, leaving us two out of sight.

Gotek

Whoa, this battle just got intense. Its almost like the battles you'd see in anime or manga.

While Kogi and I were still out of sight of our opposing danger. We decide too make a plan, the best chance to get a blow on him.

"Alright, Gotek. This is what we're gonna do." After a little explaining I got the idea of what he was trying to do.

With a nod, Kogi begins to charge a kamehameha. The energy from his aura seeped out like steam.

I crouch down getting ready to make a dash for it. Readying myself, for the signal to run.

"GO!" I quickly dash forward with the kamehameha inches away.

He shoots a follow up ki blast towards the the blue beam, but I deflect it away.

This plan might actually work! When I reach Trunks I throw a barrage of punchs at him, some getting blocked one clean punch right in the face then another in the stomach.

Then the kamehameha hit. We....DID IT! Trunks got hit and was knocked back because of the impact.

Kogi reappeared beside me, scaring me. "Dude.." A sweat dripped down his cheek than fell once as it reached his chin.

"Heh, sorry!" Then a unbelievable power surged behind us.

"We're screwed.."
