The Show

Chapter 1 The email

I was listening to music when I got an email from my drama teacher. It was information about an audition!
It was for the main part in a show called Worth it. It was about a boy who met a girl and they go through a lot. It's all about if all of the drama is worth it for her.
I couldn't wait! I had to prepare a song to sing, a bit of a dance to show and I needed to read part of the script.
The girls name is Bethany. The guys name is Leo. It would be shown in different theatres around the world! I was so excited, but I couldn't keep my hopes up. They're could be extremely talented people I'd be up against.
Mary-Jane and Elise were more excited than I was when I first told them! They're such good friends, they do make me laugh.
We jumped around like little girls about to go out for ice-cream. Honestly I think we'll always be children on the inside. In a way I miss being younger. It can go so fast. It's scary actually. But I still have a long way to go.
When you get so excited about something you just imagine your entire future based on what your imagination is telling you.
But my imagination is so big I don't think I could make all my dreams come true. Just some, hopefully.
