After finding out I had got the part I texted and called everyone I know! I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. And to think I'm going to be doing it with that guy Nate!
I'm over the moon. Mary-Jane and Elise said they were going to throw a party for me to celebrate.
That's when I got a text from someone Unknown. It said,"Well done. Can't wait to work with you", I mean, who would send that? Then I thought, is it Nate? Oh my goodness!
Now I was so excited my head could of popped off. I couldn't wait to party!
Mary-Jane and Elise ran towards me, screaming as I walked through the door. "I knew you could do it!", screamed Mary-Jane.
"Who's the lucky fellow?" Asked Elise.
"His name is Nate, and I think he just texted me!" I shouted.
"Invite him to the party!" So I got out my phone and wrote back,"Hi Nate thank you so much. Well done to you to! Would you like to come to a party I'm having tonight to celebrate?" I pressed send.
We all waited for a reply but it felt like it was never going to come. Maybe he was busy calling his friends and telling them the good news.
That's when my phone vibrated. I looked at the screen and it said,"Err I'm not Nate. I'm Alex, I'll be playing your best friend in it. But sure I'll come, what time does it start and where is it?" My heart sunk. Mary-Jane and Elise frowned.
"Who cares? You got the part that's all that matters!" Said Elise. She was right, it was time to celebrate.
Time to get ready for the party!
