---Shehry's POV--
Why isn't this girl picking up her phone?
I've called her a thousand times. I was hoping if she's free then we could go out to lunch.
I eventually found it lying in our room on the sofa.
I should get a desk, I thought to myself looking at the mess.
Well now that this genius forgot her phone what am I supposed to do?
I don't want to go there and have her tell me she is busy. Ugh! She just had to forget it didn't she.
I was going to just go chill with one of the other guy's when her phone went off.
Looks like I'll take the call.
"Hello,"I said.
"Hi, I'm calling from Mercy hospital. May I speak with Thanisha,"she said.
Hospital? Oh God.
"She's not here. May I take a message,"I said.
"May I know who I'm speaking with?"she asked.
"I'm her husband,"I said.
"Okay. Well, your wife had come in for an exam and she's been proven positive,"she said.
Postive for what? She can't be pregnant and she doesn't even look ill.
"For what?" I asked.
"Cancer,"she said.
