----Thanisha's POV---

I could just feel the awkwardness between my parents and Shan.

"So uuumm tell me how you guys know him,"I heard my dad ask Shehry about Shan.

"Well, we've been friends for a very long time. I didn't even know it would turn out to be the same person,"he said.

Is he lying?

I looked over at Shan and even he looked at lost.

"Oh yes. True story. We met in college days,"Hussian said.

Now I'm lost.

"You remember about..."my mom was saying but Shehry interuppted her.

"Don't worry. It won't happen,"he said.

What won't happen?

"I really love my wife. I won't ever let any guy be that close to her. And you guys should know them two are just friends,"he said.

Master the art of lying, haven't you Shehry.

The night went on and eventually they left.

I was going to do the dishes, but they decided to put them in the dishwasher.

"Hey, uuummm thanks for what you did," I said sitting next to Shehry.

Why's he outside? It's freezing.

"What did I do?" He asked.

"The whole lie about Shan,"I said.

"Oh ya that. No problem, I could tell it was driving you crazy,"he said.

I laughed at that.

"By the way amazing lie at the end. You've basically mastered the art of lying,"I said.

He seemed shocked and a bit upset about what I said.

"It's nice you did that to save their feelings,"she said.

"Let me tell you something, I'll admit the Shan thing was lie. I did that for you. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have told that lie,"he said.

Just the Shan thing was a lie?

"Why?" I asked.

"Because lying is a sin and lying to your elders is a bigger one. I'll admit I told a lie, but I just told one,"he said and left.

Oh so that means...Oh my God!
