Hello again, fellow nakama! I just wanted to say that there is possibly a... well, a tiny lemon in this chapter. A baby lemon if you will. So... yeah. I haven't really written anything like this before, so... sorry if it sucks. ;I

Lucy's POV
This isn't good... I thought fearfully as the mystery pervert dragged me out the gym door and into the hallway. When the door closed, the music got drowned out and it was just him and me. No matter how hard I pulled at my wrist, he refused let go. He suddenly jerked me around and slammed me against the wall, causing me to cry out. I struggled furiously, but it was helpless. He had me trapped.
"Where do you think you're going?" He growled in my ear, and I turned my head to avoid his evil glare. My heart was almost bursting from my chest, and tears started to leak from my eyes.
"G-get away from me, you freak!" I shouted, struggling in his grasp. If only I brought my keys with me!
The guy grabbed my chin and forced me to look him in the eyes, but then, he let go. I shut my eyes really tight, but the tears wouldn't stop. At first I thought it was all over, but without warning he grabbed both of my hands and put them over my head. I felt his warm, dry lips and sharp teeth press against my bare neck, and his free hand ran up my thigh. My eyes shot open in shock, and my breathing hitched.
Please... just let this be over! This is a dream, right? Just a bad dream. It will all be over soon...
All of a sudden, there was a loud crash, and the guy's hands and mouth left me. My hands now free, they instinctively flew to my neck, as if their touch could erase the horrible marks. I looked at the ground to find the villain lying unconscious on the floor with someone in a tuxedo on top of him, still beating him even though he was clearly down. When I saw the firey fists and the pink hair, I knew just who it was.
I grinned really big, tears still flowing from my cheeks and whispered quietly, "Natsu... you came!"
It was as if my voice lifted the aggressive trance on him. He immediately stopped beating the guy to a pulp and was in front of me in a heartbeat. He scooped his hands in mine, and as soon as he touched me I knew he was shaking (or was I shaking?).
"Are you okay? Did he hurt you?"
I was about to say I was fine, but he dropped my hands and lifted my chin to look at my neck. His eyes widened in horror at the red, blotchy scratches.
"Did... did he...?"
I nodded my head slightly and looked down. I was afraid if I spoke that I would start crying again.
He let go of my neck and stared at me. I was alarmed because he had such a look of loss in his eyes I thought he was going to cry. "I'm... I'm sorry. I didn't get here in time to protect you, and now look what I've done! I-"
I cut him off with a genuine smile. "What are you even talking about? If you didn't save me, then what do you call that right there?" I waved my hand at the beat up guy, who was still unconscious. "Sure, he might have done this measly thing on my neck, but look on the bright side! We're both safe now, so don't beat yourself up! You only have to do your best, because doing something perfect just isn't possible."
Natsu's dark expression suddenly brightened a bit in wonder, and his dark eyes started to get a little film of water in them. But I wasn't through yet.
"So do you know what I think we should do?" He didn't answer, so I whipped a finger at the gym door.
"I think we should get the hell in there, have a good time, and pretend like this never happened. Well, we might need to do something about this guy, but... are you with me or what?"
I held out my hand, and after a small hesitation, his blank expression changed into the brightest smile I'd ever seen him wear.
"Okay. I really needed that, Luce. Thank you." I blushed a little and turned toward the door, his hand in mine. When I started walking, however, he didn't budge. When I looked back at him questionably, he glanced down and mumbled, "Luce... I just... Wh-what I mean is..." I looked at him, confused.
Natsu ran a hand through his hair, his other hand still attached to mine. Then he just sighed, seemingly frustrated with something. "Oh, screw it."
"Okay, I'm kind of confused right now. What are we screwing? Nat-" I trailed off as he pulled me towards him, so that his body was almost touching mine. Before I could even react, he leaned down and kissed me. My eyes widened, but soon fluttered shut. I leaned against him, and he brought our still inertwined hands and held them against his chest.
Wait, he's kissing me... he is kissing ME. Natsu. Is. Kissing. ME!!
It stayed like this for a while until Natsu broke away from me, only to dive back in the next second. What really had me going was that he kept purring my name in my ear, making it difficult to really concentrate on anything. It was a bit overwhelming, but I didn't care. This just felt so... right. Finally, he broke our kiss, breathing a little faster than normal, but his eyes were glued to mine.
I stared back into his eyes for a while, not believing what just happened. But then, I smiled and said. "Wow. I didn't know you were capable of that, Natsu. What happened to you?"
He seemed to finally come back to reality when he realized what he had just done. He blushed and shrugged his shoulders. "You know, I really don't know what just happened, but I think I liked it."
I laughed a little and put my head under his chin. "Well, if that's your way of saying 'I like you'... then I think I like you, too."
He grinned and brought our hands down, but didn't let go. "Okay, let's go! Your friends are probably waiting for you."
"You know, I seriously doubt that. How about I stick with you for the rest of the time?"
"Sounds like a good idea."
We walked out together, and everybody didn't seem to know what happened. The jumpy music was back on, so we joined our friends (who were in one group) and partied hard. I could tell my friends knew what might have happened between us, because I got some smirks, grins and a couple thumbs up. After a time that seemed like forever, the slow music came back on.
I glanced at Natsu, who smiled and held out his hand. I returned his smile and grabbed his hand, and he brought us close together for the second time. My arms on his neck and his on my waist, we slowly rotated around the rest of the night away.
