I love you

[ Third Person P.O.V ] 

"You!"

"The person I like is you, Gon!"

Those were the only words which could be heard, and it resonated through the silent night streets.

A pair of brown energetic orbs widened, and who knows if it's in surprise, shock or horror. A shade of deep red adorned the white haired male's porcelain like skin.

Then realisation hit the brown haired male. 

"H-Huh? Killua?" Were the only words in which Gon could utter out in this situation. A blush then too, plastered itself on Gon's face. Was this a dream? The two boys could only think. One because he had mustered up the courage to confess, one because he had received a confession from the guy he likes.

[ Killua's P.O.V ] 

I said it. I did it. I did it? I DID IT! Oh shit... I've done it.

Oh god. The silence is killing me. The awkwardness is so unbearable. Now I don't feel like listening to Gon's reply anymore. If I get rejected I'm gonna lock myself in my room and cry the whole night.

Then maybe ask him if we can stay as friends tomorrow. But what's his reaction?

I lifted my head slightly to look at Gon, and to my surprise, he looked like as if he was about to cry. From happiness? His brown orbs widened, and he was shaking slightly. A huge blush adorned his cute face.

So... it's safe for me to assume that Gon likes me back?

"S-so... I like you. What's your answer...?"

I couldn't bear the silence and pressure, so I squeezed my eyes shut, waiting for an answer.

[ Gon's P.O.V ] 

I tried to open my mouth to reply Killua, but how does one do that? I'm practically shaking in excitement and happiness, I can't even stand still anymore.

"I- I--"

Oh my gosh did my voice just break?! Oh god. This is so embarrassing. Nooooooooo... Killua is looking at me with those expecting eyes. Don't.

"I- I LIKE, NO. I LOVE YOU TOO KILLUA!"

I used up all my courage to reply Killua and jumped forward, tackle hugging him. I could feel Killua shivering slightly under my grasp. I was trembling in excitement.

[ Killua's P.O.V ] 

I cannot believe what I just heard. I could feel myself trembling, partly because I was nervous and partly because I'm way too happy now.

Gon had lunged forward and before I realised it, he hugged me super tightly. I could feel that this will be the start of the eternal happiness in my life. As long as I stick with Gon. 

[ Third Person P.O.V ] 

Two males hugged each other tightly, as if they were never going to be separated. They both have waited so long for this moment to happen. 

It was as if they were strolling through a nice dream, so sweet and fragile, and it seemed like it would break at any touch. But it was not.

Their love was strong and solid, perfectly stitched together by pain, sadness, loneliness, fear and friendship.

Both of them have built up their courage to express their feelings which had always been bottled up, and to accept other's feelings and put it together with their own.

And now, they've finally found their true happiness being together. 

"I love you, Gon."

"I love you too, Killua."

Those words were the only words which could be heard, resonating in the silent night air, bringing a tint of warmth in it.
