Scream to be heard (Jack barakat fanfiction)

Part 3

This part and every part after this is dedicated to Grace Matthys. She is my rock and I owe her so much. Words can't describe how much I love to have  her in my life She helps me calm down when I'm sad. Thank you so so much, Grace. Thank you for believing in me. I'll never stop believing in you.

"Hey, you ok?" Grace asked.
"Ya I'm fine." I answered.
Grace stared at me trying to figure out what was wrong when Alex Gaskarth, Grace's boyfriend, walked up and sat down next to Grace.
"Hey, Grace. Margo what's wrong?" He asked
I just sat in silence trying to figure out if I actually do like Jack. I saw Grace tip her head toward Jack's table.
"That little bitch." I heard Alex whisper
For someone who isn't my boyfriend he was really protective. I looked up to see Alex walk up to Jack and start talking to him.
"What is he-?" I started to ask
"Alex and Jack know each other outside of school it's fine." She told me
I just sat and watched. Alex didn't look mad, just confused and annoyed. Alex pointed to me and Jack looked over at me. I ducked my head down so I wouldn't make eye contact. I could feel his eyes on me.
I looked up and the guys weren't there anymore. I looked to my left to find Jack sitting next to me.
"Hi." He smiled
"Hey" I smiled back
"So about later you don't have to go if you don't want to."
I looked over at Jane.
"I'm in" I tell him

"I don't even know where the fuck were going!" I shout to Grace over the phone.
"Well you gotta wear something. Let me ask Alex if he knows anything." She said.
I sighed and went through my closet. It was all mostly band tees and flannel shirts.
"Alex just said he knows you'll be outside." She said
"Outside? Hmm." I pulled out a decent Green Day hoodie and some old jeans.
"Green Day hoodie and blue jeans I've had sense last year." I said into the phone.
"Perfect." She said

Jack would to pick me up around five and it was four 'o' clock. I had a hour to kill. I walked into the living room where I saw my sister video chatting with her boyfriend. Alexis had long black, wavy, hair and tan skin. I'm the exact opposite with short blond hair and pale skin.
"Hey Lexie" I said
She waved her hand at me without taking her eyes off the computer screen. I rolled my eyes and went into the kitchen to grab an apple. I went back upstairs to my room to watch some TV before Jack came. At 4:57 there was a knock at the door.
I ran downstairs and opened the door.
"Hey" he said and smiled.
"Hi Jack. Let me get my jacket and I'll be right back, come on in." I said and invited him in. I closed the door behind Jack and we walked into the kitchen when Alexis came out of the living room.
"Oh, Jack this is my sister, Alexis" I said.
"Woah." Jack whispered and Alexis looked up
"What?" I said
"Nothing" he said "it's just- I didn't know you had a sister." He explained
Alexis pulled me into the living room by my arm.
"Who is that?" She asked.
"That's Jack. He's in my grade and he's new so He wanted to take me out to see the town." I answered.
"There is no way he asked you"
"Wanna bet" I walked back into the kitchen and turned to Jack.
"So what do you have planned for tonight?" I asked
"Oh, it's a surprise" he said
I turned to Alexis and lifted my eyebrows and had a smile that said 'I told you so'
"Mom and dad won't be home until late" she said 
"The usual?" I asked
"You know it." She said while walking back to the living room.
Me and Jack walked out the door and started to walk to his car.
"The usual?" He asked
"Ya I'm not allowed to go out without my parents knowing so me and Alexis made fair way for me not to get in trouble."
"And that deal would be?" He asked
"I have to cover for her the next three times without her having to do something for me." I answered
I stepped into the passenger seat of Jack's read car and buckled my seatbelt.
"So" I said "where to?"
"You'll see." He said
"I don't trust you barakat." I said while he started the engine.
"Relax, Alex and his girlfriend are going to meet us there." He backed out of my driveway and onto the busy road.
"Grace you mean?" I asked
"Is that her name! It's been bugging me for weeks. Isn't she a friend of yours?"
"She's my best friend." I corrected "So, how do you know Alex?" I asked
"Oh I've been here and there. I met him when we were freshmen at my old school."
"Hmm" I hummed
"How do you know Grace?"
"I met her on Twitter. She followed me and we got to talking and we like a lot of the same stuff so she moved up here from Texas."
The conversation went on until we arrived at the mall.
"The mall." I said as I got out of the car.
"What you don't like the mall?" He asked 
"No no it's just I haven't been here in a long time."
"Wait until you see where we're going inside."
I walked in the busy mall following Jack to wherever he was taking me. After a few turns and a ride up an escalator later we arrived at-
"The arcade!" He shouted
I laughed and ran inside. I saw Grace and Alex by the hunting game. Alex was showing Grace how to hold the gun like how they do in a movie. His arms around her all touchy. I walked up and watched them play for a bit before Jack called my name.
"Margo!" He yelled
I looked over at Jack. He was holding up a plastic ball.
"Ski-ball?" He asked
I walked over and took the ball from his hand and aimed for the 100 circle in the top left corner. I rolled it as hard I could and I hit the rim but it bounced off.
"Let me show you how a pro dose it." He said.
After a few rounds of ski-ball we all walked out of the arcade with arms full of little prizes. We stopped to order pizza from the food court and sat down.
Alex couldn't stop playing with a floor hand that sticks to seriously everything. Jack liked playing with the blow-up electric guitar. Grace got a little teddy bear that Alex won for her.
They were so cheesy in every-way, Alex and Grace. Seeing them made me want a relationship like there's someday.
