"Kai! Wait, Kai!" Sehun chased down Kai who clasped your arm as you run.
Kai's face appeared to be so determined when he said it was him. If it was Kai all along, then, that contradicts his confession for Hana. That would also mean the Kai in your memories are not actually Kai, but they were Sehun.
Kai took you to the rooftop of the building. Sehun, on the other hand, was not able to keep our pace. Kai rested on the corner and you walk towards the view.
The cold afternoon breeze was swirling in the atmosphere. It was nice, actually. It felt quite peaceful. You and Kai together on a rooftop with the wonderful view of Seoul looked impressingly romantic.
You closed your eyes as you breathe in the fresh air. Kai approached you from behind slowly. "It was me," he whispered. "I confessed to you. I'm sorry for lying. Sehun was the one who confessed to Hana, not me. I felt a little shy after I saw you during the event yesterday. Shy but excited. That's why I decided to lie, to surprise you. I hope you could forgive me."
You listened attentively to his words with your eyes closed still. With his words, you attempted to remember the memories you have previously recalled. The image of the blur person turned out to be Kai. His face was crystal clear.

But what's odd is everything else were a blur.

Recall the memory where you lied to the teacher for doing your homework: Kai was there. Looking perfectly normal. The teacher was blur. You knew what he looked like from the last time you recalled him and you could not control his looks at all. Everything looked like a fog except Kai.
Recall the memory where the boy's dominoes were swept away. The blurred student was replaced by Kai. And Kai himself, in your memory, became blurred. Hana was also blurred. The other boy who swept away the dominoes, the other students, the teacher, the classroom, and even the time looked very unclear as if you need a pair of glasses.
You finally opened your eyes and slowly solved the puzzle pieces on your mind.
"You look dazed. What's wrong?" Kai asked you.
"Mmm... It's nothing, really," you said fidgeting your fingers.
"Is that so?" he said and coughed. "Well, I'm just glad we're back together again. It has been, what, eight years, right?" Kai chuckled.
Gently, you nodded your head and moved your fingers again. "I remember everything now," you told him.
He gave you a sweet smile. "What took you so long to figure it out?"
"Ah, my memories are terrible, you see. I tend to forget stuff quickly. I personally don't like that about me. Whenever someone from the past remembers me and greets me, I always look at them blankly. Like, you know, with the 'Who-the-heck-are-you' face."
Kai laughed a little. It looked cute. But, you became very suspicious. Very suspicious of Kai. There's something wrong.
"I can really see that from you," he said. "Say, since we're back together again, I'm not holding back. It has been so long since I've last seen you," slowly he approaches you closely. Then, he holds your cold hands with his warm hands. "I don't want to waste my opportunity. I have a busy schedule and I really hate that because I don't get to see the people I miss, the people I love. So I'll take this chance... Say... Will you be my girlfriend?"
You stood up there shocked and flustered. You're wondering what to do on such a situation. It's really a good chance to be in a relationship with someone famous, but, you really felt that he's not the one. Kai can't be the one you will be together with in the future.
It's so hard to reject such a man. He worked hard talking to you again, he worked hard making you remember your pasts, and he worked hard taking you away from Sehun earlier. He bought you coffee, he talks to you a lot, he even smiles differently to you; the smile of affection.
Words don't seem to come out of your mouth. You were stuttering. You fear that if you reject him, he will forever recognize you as a stranger again. You also fear that if you accept his confession, you're going to be living with lies. A big stack of them. Plus a burden on your shoulder: Sehun's feelings towards you.
Sehun, Sehun, Sehun. As you think of what to say, Sehun runs around your mind.
Oh Sehun, the man who claims to know you. The man who invited you. You knew him, finally, after Kai's confession.
You drew a flashback.

It was a clear day. The sun was up high, the clouds camouflaged on the blue sky. Under an Oak tree, you waited holding a letter.
Sehun, showed up from the door holding a guitar and a bouquet of flowers.
He sang an unfinished, yet, amazing song to you. He took out the flowers and asked you out. Cold-heartedly you rejected him and Sehun left, weeping.
You watched him cry as he ran inside the school. You regretted rejecting him, so you attempted to chase after him.
Someone stopped you. That person grabbed your arm and stopped you from chasing after Sehun. You turned around slowly, it was Kai.

The memory ended there. Why did Kai stop you? Perhaps, he loved you since then? But, what about Hana?

"Kai... I have something to ask you first," you said hesitatingly.
"Go ahead," he responded.
"What happened between you and Hana before though? You confessed to Hana, but you were rejected. For whatever reason?"
He doesn't answer. It was probably too personal, so you didn't press further.

The rooftop door busted open. A man heavily breathing appeared: Sehun.
"Don't listen to Kai," said he. "Don't accept his confession, I beg you."
