.: Sydney :.
I wake up to the beam of light hitting my face, from my curtains. I use my hand as a shield and cover my face. Rising up from my bed I slowly slip out of it.
Today's a new day for me.. My Junior year at Rosewood High School. It's a little far from where I live. Hopefully... It's a good school year.
I head to the bathroom to do my daily routine. When it comes to my body... I'm a complete NEAT freak. Your body can never be at least TOO clean, right? Right.
Once I was done, I went into my closet and picked out an outfit.
(A/N Outfit is in external link.!)
I grabbed the things that I needed, including my phone and headed down stairs to the kitchen. Seeing my mom setting down plates filled with food onto the table, I walked in the kitchen and set my bookbag on the side of me while I sat down at the table.
"Ready for your first day of school?" My mom asked, giving me a knife and fork.
"A little bit..." I said lowly.
"Awh come on, sweetie. Lighten up.. I understand that you were bullied and all... But this is a new school. That means you won't have to worry about the kids bullying you..." She said sitting down.
The reason why I was bullied... was because I supposedly stole this girls boyfriend. I did like him, but I didn't even intend to have him come onto me. He started flirting and what not.
She got jealous, told me to stay away from him or I would be risking my life. Shit, I did too! If you knew how crazy the bitch was.. You'd do it. And so I did, but he just wouldn't stay away. Her and her little clique made my life a living hell because of it.
Over a boy. And she even told me to stay away from him because she felt I was prettier than her. Who the hell does that?!
"Yeah, I know mom.." I said eating the last piece of bacon from my plate. I grabbed a napkin and wiped my mouth, and clearing my dry throat with the last of my orange juice.
My mom was finished with her breakfast also.
"C'mon... Let's go before your late." She said grabbing her purse and putting her plate in the sink.
I grabbed my bookbag and did the same.
We headed out of the house and into her car. We soon drove off.
"You look pretty today, Syd." My mom said smiling and taking a glance at me before looking back at the road.
"Heh, thanks ma.. I can say the same for you." I said.
"Pshh, girl please! I look the same everyday! Same type of dress suit, and same ole sock bun." She chuckled. I chuckled along with her and leaned against the window.
I never really noticed this side of California. Maybe because we had recentlly moved not too long ago. Only because this was the only free house that was the closest to Rosewood High.
Looking at all of the palm trees, and pretty houses. This side of Cali was very beautiful, now that I noticed it.
Minutes later we pulled up to a huge building. It looked like two seperated buildings put together. It looked too nice to be a highschool. But thats Cali for ya, so I should've expected it to be like this.
The school that I went to before, was nothing like this at all. It was about ... ehh 5 knotches down.
My mom came to a halt. I looked over to her in a nervous state. She put her hand on my shoulder and rubbed it.
