As you know Scarlett had cancer and didn't live. As time went on Kay became better but still had her days where she missed her best friend. Niall well he stayed Niall but had his off days also. Leah ended up having a baby girl named Scarlett to honor her best friend who never got to have children. Liam got out of jail but died by a car accident two days later. Louis and Kay ended up together but who didn't see that and Harry and Lyssa have an on and off relationship even though she is also having a child but a boy. The people Scar met along the way are fine and some are engaged. But as Niall looked back at his time with Scar he realized that no matter what happened she came back to him making him see that all along she was truly and only his.

(Niall's pov)
I walked into my room and looked at the side of the bed Scar used to sleep on. Nobody has slept on that side since her but that's how I like it. I still see her sometimes when I sleep she is there beside me but when I reach for her she isn't there and those are the nights I cry myself to sleep. Everyone moved out and the girls took the boys to America to live with them. I was alone but I didn't care I liked it. I walked into the bedroom and called Scar knowing she wouldn't answer but I still liked to hear her voicemail so I could act like it was her. I left her a message saying I would see her soon.

After Niall left that message he left voice mails on all of his friend's phones including Zayn's who he got into a fight with a year before this story took place. Niall left the last one and left the house driving to the beach that had a cliff over looking the water. He drove up to the cliff and got out and went to the edge. "I'm coming Scar" he whispered and jumped. His friends got his messages but were too late and so were the doctors who tried to save him. As Niall was going he saw Scarlett at the bottom making him remember why he was doing this. They met  at the gates of heaven and walked in hand in hand smiling as they went. "I love you" Niall whispered to Scar and they both were gone forever.
