The Survivors

I watched, I watched it all happen.  Cassidy's stroke, Coopers knife wound from a bandit.  He will be fine, but he's severely injured and needs rest.  As for Cassidy, she seems to be pulling through but none of us know.  Alex expects me to stay with them.  I'm still considering their offer.  If I stay, we will be safe.  But if I leave, they may lose some of their protection and fall apart.  But anyways, Cooper seems to be fine.  He has the bleeding covered but he seems to have suffered major blood loss.  Another reason for us to stay.  But Megan is still out there.  I guess if I stay, we would have a greater chance of saving her.  But I don't know yet.  There's still Kahleel, and the General.  Wait! The General is dead possibly so maybe if I call Megan she will answer.  I pulled out my laptop and started the skype call.  Someone picked up.  "Nick..." A deep voice said.  "HELLO" I screamed.  "Be prepared..." He said as he ended the call.  It wasn't the General, and it certainly wasn't Megan.  I wonder who it could've been.  I wonder...
