Jenna's POV

"How do you work this dang thing?" Alex mumbled under his breath, he obviously thought I wasn't able to hear him.

"You press buttons," I rolled my eyes.

Alex was unsure on how to use this machine for the security cameras. He was the one who bought them, he should at least know how to use them. I wanted to see who murdered our daughter, her god mother and my god son. They were stupid enough to not notice the camera in the corner of the hallway, so they were stupid enough to be caught. I swear, if I could I'd kill them myself for killing two young children, three including my teenage daughter, two of them were my own blood. They were going to pay, that's for sure.

"Finally, I think I got it," Alex applauded himself as the film started.

At the beginning it was just an empty hallway with no blood splatters on it at all. I looked at the screen in suspension, I wanted to know and I wanted to know now. Glass shattered from the stairwell, I could hear it loud and clear. Then I saw the two figures come up from the stairwell and search up and down the hallway. No sign of the young children yet, but doesn't mean they won't show up any time soon. I gulped down, I knew what was coming when the lady figure opened the guest room. She held a gun in her hand and raised it up, couldn't see much more. I heard her mumble something which was actually speaking something aloud, but the camera could not pick up the noises due to the fact it was so far away. But something was weird, why didn't Kathleen stand up for herself if the bullet wasn't blown into her yet? I spoke too soon, Kathleen flung herself against the woman. That's when the two little ones came out, to see what the hell was going on in the house. They even grabbed on to each others hands and watched as Kathleen and the woman tackled each other. But when Kathleen noticed them, she lost balance and was pinned down. The woman, without a second thought, shot Benjamin and Emma down without a second thought. Suddenly, everything was quiet. She revealed her face to Kathleen, but I couldn't see it instantly because the camera was turned to face the woman's back. But after she slit Kathleen's neck and Kathleen tried to stop the bleeding with her own hands, she turned to face the camera. In which Alex paused it instantly.

Katrina friggen' Loveless.

"I can't believe it," Alex gasped.

"I do," I told him. "She killed Christine in that car accident, she sure as hell can kill more people with a knife."

"We have to bring this in to the police!" Alex demanded.

"No!" I flung on my hoodie and shoulder bag. "We're going to bring this right to her house so I can beat the shit out of her."

"Jenna! Are you simply crazy?" Alex cupped my face as if he was trying to change my mind and not go to Katrina's house.

"Now you listen to me," I demanded. "This woman killed my daughters, killed my best friend, no make that two, and killed my godson. There is no saying who she could kill next. She has my baby and I'm going to end this once and for all. She wants a fight, then she got one. I will not sleep at night until my daughter is in my arms and Katrina is behind bars. I don't care what it takes, I'll die for her. I will die for her." I practically was screaming at him.

"You don't do this alone, especially when you're carrying my baby. In this life, married life, you can never do anything without me. I've said it once, I'll say it again," Alex brought his face up to mine and I could feel him breathing. "I love you Jenna Wells."

"Love doesn't have anything to do with it," I laid my lips upon his. "Love just makes us stronger."

"If it makes you stronger, my flesh should be stronger because I'd take a bullet for you," Alex smiled.

"You don't have to do no such thing for someone like me," I told him as I pulled away and pulled up my hood to hide my face. "I'm pretty sure I know how to get her address."

"How?" He asked quietly.

"From Kendal."

Christine's POV

I huddled in the corner of the room, trying to direct my eyes away from the torture on the other side of the room. Every hit sent pins and needles up my back. Why were they beating on Rod? I just wanted him to be safe. But Katrina had other plans, and suddenly he was being beat by two older men with wooden boards on sticks. I couldn't control my tears. They never beat on me, they never would. They just wanted to make me weak, be easy to kill when the time came. Make me want to die after witnessing so much abuse. But I shouldn't let them win.

"Come here plastic child," The man came after me and hauled me out into the middle of the room by my hair. I just wanted to cry, show my feelings in the corner. "Do you want your boyfriend to die?"

"No.." I cried.

"Do what I say and nothing more," he snarled. "Let me introduce myself, I'm David and also known as Mackenzie's biological father. And I'm going to beat the shit out the two of you for killing my daughter. George is helping me because he's such a sweet heart."

"I didn't kill her!" I yelled at him.

"That's not what her mother said," He slapped me across the face with the board. My teeth shook and blood filled up my nostrils. Couldn't they see what they're doing isn't right? That it's killing me?

Suddenly his name sounded familiar and I knew exactly where it was from. The man who raped my mother in high school. Something snapped inside me and I searched for tools. I realized that on his belt was a gun and a knife. Could I reach in and get either or? Most likely the knife since I had no sweet clue how to use the gun. It was now or never.

"Please, I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry!" I fake cried and got onto my knees and was in the perfect area to reach for the knife.

"Awe baby girl, you don't have to be sorry that you killed her, only sorry you got caught!" He kneeled down and got into my face.

I grabbed the knife quickly and stabbed it in the closest area possible. I realized I stabbed him right in the right lung, exposing his blood to the outside world. He may die from drowning in his own blood before he dies from blood lost. He fell backward like I did, except he was dead and I was just scared. I just killed a man and had no clue on how to deal with it. I slid my hand against Rod's, who wasn't moving.

I ran my fingers instantly to Rod's neck to feel for a pulse, and luckily I did. But it wasn't his pulse I would have to look for, it was my own.

The blade entered my back and quickly left the front of my body through the shoulder bone. George took the knife out of David's lung and plunged into me. I stood still, pain was flowing through my body quicker than water flowing down a waterfall. I couldn't breathe, I was scared. I looked up at the man, who looked worse than me with his hands up to his face and tears flowing from his eyes. He just stabbed a child, attempted to kill her.

I reached back and removed the knife so just in case I fell backwards or forwards it wouldn't be drove farther in. I cried and fell to Rod's side. His eyes opened and saw the horror that was in front of him. The girl he loved was possibly dying in front of him, and he was too weak to even move.

I closed my eyes and hoped this wouldn't be the last time I saw him.
