So guys I lost about 10 pounds in 2-3 months and yes it isn't a huge amount but
1. I was not overweight
2. I didn't change exercise routine and my only exercise is a 1km walk home.
3. I didn't eat only salads and lean meat the whole time.So what I did is:
1. Half the amount of soda I consumed (I only drank once a week before I started this though)
2. Replace morning coffee with hoodia/ green tea (only water, no other things like sugar/ milk)
3. Drink green tea/ rooibos at night with no sugar, milk, honey, etc.
4. Eat what you normally eat but only eat two-thirds of your usual portion size
5. Limit snack during the day (drinking the hoodia tea helped me with this because it is a hunger suppressant)
6. Eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed.
7. Pack your own lunch so you are not tempted to by the junk at school.Please note that I only eat takeout about once a month because I like home cooked meals more so this will affect your results if you eat fast food every day.
Also, the less you weigh the less you lose.

I am not encouraging pro ana. I was unhappy about my weight because I gained a few pounds during summer. I am still in the healthy weight range based on bmi and other tests.
