The next three days went by like lightening. I couldn't tell you what happened on each day because it felt like they were merged into one whole day. I had managed to finish work early and as soon as it hit 3pm I legged it out of the café and got the bus back home.

I got back home Liza was already there waiting for me.

"Do you ever go home?" I say as I walk into the kitchen to find Liza eating a cold piece of pizza, sitting at the table talking to my mom. They both look up at me smiling.

"Why? You love having me around." Replies Liza with a cheeky smirk. I just stare at her. My mom laughs and says,

"Well, she wants to get you there really early. Something about meet and greets, or something. I wasn't really paying attention." Liza looks over at my mom and then to me.

"Now I know where you get it from." I raise an eyebrow at her and grin.

"Oh no, I didn't mean that in a rude way, I was just doing something while you were talking about it." My mom chuckles. I shake my head.

"Stop digging mom. Put down the shovel." I say sarcastically. My mom shoots me a dirty look and then carries on cleaning the worktop. I look towards Liza, "I'm just gonna go get ready and then I'll be down." She nods,

"How long?"

"About 15, maybe 20 minutes?"

"Cool. I wanna leave at half past." I smile at her. One of the things I loved about Liza was the crazy amount of passion she had for the things she really loved.

"Alright, I should be done by then." I replied. I started making my way over to the staircase when my mom shouts out,

"DON'T WORRY SOF; YOU DON'T NEED TO IMPRESS THOSE JOKERS! THEY'RE TOO OLD FOR YOU ANYWAY!" I shake my head while walking up the stairs and couldn't help but laugh at Liza's cackling.

After deciding on what to actually wear I decided to keep it cool and casual with black jeans, grey t shirt, plaid over shirt, grey Adidas trainers and a leather jacket. I didn't take too much time on my make up or hair. I left my hair loose in a mess of waves and my face was minimal with make up. Simples. I grabbed my bag and made my way downstairs. I said bye to my mom and my two cats. Liza followed me out the house and we both got into her car.

It didn't take us long to get to the venue we were there in 15 minutes. Liza parked up and took the key out of the ignition. I was excited for this, even though we got there like 3 hours early, better to be mega early then on time and be at the back of the line. I took off my seatbelt and went to grab my bag off the floor of the car when I looked up at Liza, who hadn't moved an inch. I looked at her confused.

"Hey." I say putting a hand on her shoulder. "You okay?" She looked towards me and nodded.

"Yep, just... It's actually happening." She says looking right at me. I look down and smile. "I just, uh. It's just really hit me now." I look back up at her.

"If you need a minute, I'll leave you alone for a bit?" I asked but she shook her head and goes,

"No, don't be silly. I'll be fine." She takes her seatbelt off and grabs her bag. "Let's do this!" I chuckle at her enthusiasm when just a moment ago she was nervous as shit.

We walked towards the venue but were told that we couldn't go in or queue just yet as it was too early and to come back in about an hour or so. Liza suggested going into the bar like café next door. We walked in and it wasn't busy but was slightly crowded. I spotted a small table near the back and we walked towards it. We sat down and ordered a couple of drinks. I could tell Liza was still nervous so I got her talking about stuff to get her mind off it. Plus I ordered her a double whiskey to calm her nerves. I'm such a great friend. The hour went by so slow but Liza had calmed down which was a good sign because now she could be herself at the meet and greet, not some crazy fangirl. We weren't that type of fans. Yes, we love the jokers especially Q and Sal, but we loved the guys for the funny guys they are and would never pry or overstep our boundaries because at the end of the day, they are just normal people making a good living.
